The hotel location is excellent. It is so cleverly positioned that there is a mountain breeze flowing around and through it day and night. It is not a conventional hotel of a mass tourism type, but more like a house of friends who invited you to spend some time with them. There is a library in the lobby, a TV space, and even some musical instruments, but a big terrace with a sea view in the shade is the top spot of this nice place. The owner of the hotel and the staff are friendly but discrete. They create a lovely atmosphere, take care of all the guests, and keep the place cute, clean, and tidy. The shops, bakeries, and restaurants are close by, as well as beaches. Although on the main street, the location is quiet in the night.

wonderful view from our room directly on to the sea with a nice balcony, that had a table and chairs to sit on. The breakfast was varied (bread, amazing cake, yoghurt, honey, meat & cheese, etc) and plentiful- we really enjoyed it. Location is perfect - you cross the street and are on the beach. Restaurants are in walking distance. The whole place feels really cosy and welcoming, something which is further helped by the lovely hosts. We arrived by bike and everything was made easy for us to keep the bikes in a safe place and continue our ride after the stay (with a package of cake provided for the journey.)

The bed was a little bit hard to lay on - but that’s probably a very subjective observation.

Breakfast is very healthy, balanced, and served in original way with exceptional hospitality in a beautiful environment. Hotel has wonderful veranda with lots of greenery and flowers. Staff was very supportive and helpful. Despite bad weather conditions during the time off our stay we received all the effort from the hotel staff to make our time as good as possible.

The hotel is very sweet and characteristic. The terrace of the hotel while eating breakfast is simply amazing and all the staff was very kind. The breakfast is composed by local food and the honey, jam and the cakes are made by them. We bought 3 jars of their honey 🥰 Maria is a wonderful host and we highly recommend to visit ioannis Pelio and enjoy in Anesis hotel. We had amazing 4 days and we felt as at home.

As mentioned before, the shower is not "wow", but if you're coming ready to it, the others things will make you happy you choose this place.

Stripped to it's, great, great, essence. Swam as we woke up, had our coffee, perfect for unstressing our summers, simplified, affordable with a great trust library, and great owners. Just great. Not perfect. Great.

This is a cosy , small hotel with its own style . The vibes of its people and its location make you relax from the very first moment ! The breakfast is more than value for value!

Only an elevator, it was missing . However, this was a good opportunity for exercise!

Excellent breakfast, with fresh fruit, nice cakes, superb yoghurt, astonishing coffee. The staff is very nice and professional, with a special mention for the bar tender Maria. Thanks you all, thanks Maria!!!

The hotel is in good shape and cosy: the hall, the bar, the terrace overlooking the sea, these are all places where you want to spend time and come back. Our room was nice too, with the exception of the cupboards which clearly need to be renovated.
