This was a clean and quiet hotel and I loved having a room with a balcony overlooking the sea. Miltos was very helpful, for example booking my travel to Athens for me! I appreciated having a fridge in my room, and a kettle with a supply of coffee and tea.

I was disappointed that there was no breakfast and the bar wasn’t open, because it would have been lovely to sit on the terrace; but it was early in the season and there weren’t enough guests. There were paper cups in the room, but these didn’t get replaced when they were finished.

The hotel location is excellent. It is so cleverly positioned that there is a mountain breeze flowing around and through it day and night. It is not a conventional hotel of a mass tourism type, but more like a house of friends who invited you to spend some time with them. There is a library in the lobby, a TV space, and even some musical instruments, but a big terrace with a sea view in the shade is the top spot of this nice place. The owner of the hotel and the staff are friendly but discrete. They create a lovely atmosphere, take care of all the guests, and keep the place cute, clean, and tidy. The shops, bakeries, and restaurants are close by, as well as beaches. Although on the main street, the location is quiet in the night.

wonderful view from our room directly on to the sea with a nice balcony, that had a table and chairs to sit on. The breakfast was varied (bread, amazing cake, yoghurt, honey, meat & cheese, etc) and plentiful- we really enjoyed it. Location is perfect - you cross the street and are on the beach. Restaurants are in walking distance. The whole place feels really cosy and welcoming, something which is further helped by the lovely hosts. We arrived by bike and everything was made easy for us to keep the bikes in a safe place and continue our ride after the stay (with a package of cake provided for the journey.)

The bed was a little bit hard to lay on - but that’s probably a very subjective observation.

Great value for money! The location is perfect – right on the promenade, surrounded by great restaurants and just steps away from beautiful beaches. Mythos, the host, was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend for the location and hospitality!

The hotel is a bit dated

The unbelievable breeze coming from the mountain in the evening , every evening ! Feeling that You need a jacket when on the street is 34 degrees , You will not believe if You do not feel it personally . After 60 Years serving people You understand the meaning of the word hospitality .

Breakfast is very healthy, balanced, and served in original way with exceptional hospitality in a beautiful environment. Hotel has wonderful veranda with lots of greenery and flowers. Staff was very supportive and helpful. Despite bad weather conditions during the time off our stay we received all the effort from the hotel staff to make our time as good as possible.

We loved everything about Anesis - the warm staff, the perfect location, the incredible little balcony overlooking the sea and the extremely clean and comfortable rooms. We loved it, thankyou

The hotel is very sweet and characteristic. The terrace of the hotel while eating breakfast is simply amazing and all the staff was very kind. The breakfast is composed by local food and the honey, jam and the cakes are made by them. We bought 3 jars of their honey 🥰 Maria is a wonderful host and we highly recommend to visit ioannis Pelio and enjoy in Anesis hotel. We had amazing 4 days and we felt as at home.

The staff and the amazing Maria. The staff and specially Maria were amazing, they assist a lot, they made our stay there a very convenient and fun. The location of the place is perfect, the view of the sea is amazing. Recommend.

As mentioned before, the shower is not "wow", but if you're coming ready to it, the others things will make you happy you choose this place.
