The staff is very welcoming , always with the smile , helping in everything you need , last moment booking issues are quickly and professionally resolved , which is great that you can rely on the staff. Smooth check in / out. I was staying in the family room , which is great for the family , two separate bedrooms , small kitchen , family place and nice yard. The room was clean and being cleaned every day , the bed is soft and comfortable, with white beddings , soft pillow , overall great sleep. Hotel's public areas are well maintained, clean garden , clean pool and all the exterior looks very nice.

5 star resort hotel , and the bathroom looks like 3 stars (even lower) , you must renew the bathroom (at least in the family room) It's a shame that all the extras are in additional charge although the price per night isn't cheap at all

In terms of the location of the hotel, we really liked the views, the peace and quiet. It is problematic to reach the center of the village and the restaurants since the access road to the hotel is a steep climb without a sidewalk and is dark at night. The breakfast does not reflect the level of a 5 star hotel. There is not enough selection, there is no variety and it is very boring to see the same food every morning. In addition, an additional fee is required for coffee.

Location in the middle of a forest with spectacular view

The view was amazing, the restaurant terrace was lovely. Our room suited our needs as a family of 5. It was quaint and comfortable. Staff was amazing.

We loved the breakfast, but the lunch/supper was a bit of a letdown. There were items not available I think every time we ordered. We managed fine, but would have wished the lunch and supper offerings met the same level as the breakfast.

Spacious suite, big and modern bathroom

1. Poor quality of breakfast, the food was hardly replaced when consumed by guests even though there were still 45 minutes until the end of breakfast time. 2. The pool was only cleaned during the last day of our visit (after 5 days we were there). 3. Air conditioning was not functioning in the suite, still they gave the room for 1 night to us, and they moved us the next day. 4. Only after repeated requests we got 'Do not disturb' signs for our room, and as a result, we had to wake up twice when hotel staff was entering our room. 5. Cleaning staff removed the card from the electricity source so the air conditioning was not working while we were not there, to save money from the electricity. 6. Slow internet everywhere in the hotel.

Everything was high class, the staff the food and the facilities. It felt like real luxury. Super recommended to stay at this hotel. We used their great gym and got a wonderful massage. The teenagers loved it. Very close to center with cafe and restaurants and supermarket. Very close to turquoise beach with great vibes. We even did an archery session very close by. We will be coming back one day for sure.

My only complaint is the lack of non dairy milk for breakfast. I expected to have soy milk at least....but, the cafe 300 m away was definitely the answer for me.

The best resort in Pelion! Incredible team and outstanding service. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The resort is beautiful and peaceful, the spa is amazing, and the massage was excellent. Special thanks to Crisa, Helena, and Ally from the hotel team for making our stay truly wonderful.

Hotel is located on great place by the mountain. Close to the beaches, to the other small towns and tavernas. Very convenient. Hotel room was very clean and cozy, hotel is located in a quiet place, we have tried spa, massage. It was perfect. Also, super nice to eat breakfast and see horizon of the sea from high on the mountain. Breakfast was also vey good, with various greek deserts.

stylish layout, pretty gardens, the view in most places was amazing

our room 35, was in a very dark corner, with no sunlight, damp smell and mould growth in Wc, and WC leaking every time you flushed it, they were unable to change the room unless i paid 24 euro per night for an upgrade which I immediately agreed to do but because my partner had used the shower in the time it took me to organise the swap they could no longer sanction this room change and we were stuck with it

o Beautiful views. o Nice and comfortable suit. o Good food at the restaurant. o Quite at right time. o Far far away from big cities. o It took us 80 minutes to arrive from Volos (car).

o Difficult to get there if you are not local or don’t know the area (many curves). o The pool area can be crowded with families with children on school holidays. o Pool water is cold even in summer.
