I like the cleanliness of the room and the utilities provided in the kitchenette. Although I could not manage to check in earlier than I had planned, they accepted my early check-in request, which was very valuable. The room was so cozy. Since I was there for a business meeting, having a proper desk for working in the evenings was also great. The wi-fi connection was great, and also there were plenty of wardrobes, which were perfect if you are planning to stay for longer durations.

Although the port was within walking distance, the neighborhood was not that preferable for me to walk through. The bed and pillow were also a little bit soft for me, but they were not that uncomfortable, either. The bathroom was quite small. Also, the cleaning staff was making a lot of noise in the morning, which was very annoying.

Super clean, modern and elegant room with small and efficient kitchen, super comfy bed and pillows which are Coco-mat brand one of the best. Our room had also a small outside space / garden since it was located at the ground floor which was super cool! The building was purpose build and it’s brand new. Stuff very friendly and polite, we requested an earlier check in and they prepared the room very fast in order to accommodate us because we had our toddler with us. There are only two parking spaces on the premises but the hotel has permanent booking of some parking spaces for its guests at an awesome nearby parking lot with only 5€ for 24 hrs , parking spaces are covered and the parking doors open with code for security reasons. It’s a stone’s throw away from the hotel, basically it’s even closer by foot than with the car, it’s that close!

Phone reception was very poor probably because our room was at the ground floor towards the back of the building. We had to get outside at the garden to speak properly. Don’t know if they can do anything for that though. Other than that no issues, we enjoyed our stay!

Very nice spacious modern flat. All the amenities needed and when available parking on the building. The 2 floor design is also convenient for resting and leaving room separately (without door). All electric appliances were working well and very helpful to have. Location is ok in general very close to the shopping center. Very welcome and helpful stuff. Will most probably re book it for the amazing city of Volos.

Isolation with the next appointment was poor. Yeah...on night was not possible to rest properly. The cleaning stuff when they came and cleaned they didn't do the bedroom. Didn't make the bed, didn't change the linen or pillows didn't clean the floor etc. in other words they didn't do the 2nd floor! Weird. Also would be nice if there was room to have a 2nd tv in the bedroom. The mostly negative i would say is that is very expensive for out of season per night. I hope in our next booking we get a better price. Finally the pillows are like bricks and the sofa in the leaving room downstairs is not converting into a comfortable bed. Is uneven.

Very good location, a studio equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and in the bathroom. It is clean, the cleaning woman comes every two days, sheets and towels are changed every two days. The balcony is nice, the host brought us a clothes dryer when we requested. The air conditioner very good, TV with enough options. There is a coffee machine in the room, and the host gave us two capsules on arrival and on the fifth day, on departure, we found two more. On arrival we also had a bottle of wine in the fridge as a gift. The fridge is large and spacious.

The parking is mentioned on the website, but there are only two parking spaces, permanently occupied, so we looked for parking on the surrounding streets. There could have been smaller, higher quality pillows.

The couch is not comfortable for sleep. The stairs are not secured well per kids (there is a big hole) - if the staircase is fenced only from the level of each step to the ceiling, it will be more beautiful, there will be space under the stairs (next to the washing machine) and there will be no hole to fall through. Some small things need to be tightened (in the bathroom, in the wardrobe) The room smelled of cigarettes (I guess someone was smoking in some other room under the hood (absorber) because when we turned on our hood, the smell disappeared). Despite all that, I think the price/quality ratio is great and the place is worth it.

The location is excellent, situated on a small street just a bit away from the city center. Our apartment was on the second floor with a pleasant view. The street was quiet with few passersby, ensuring a good night's sleep. The apartment has a modern design, featuring a stylish layout with the living room on the main floor and the bedroom upstairs. The host was very kind, leaving a bottle of wine and water in the fridge, both of which were much appreciated after a long drive. The check-in process was quick and hassle-free.

The bathroom was a bit small, but given that Volos is a bustling city with limited space, it's understandable. The apartment itself was well-sized, and it seems they opted to prioritize the living areas, which may have slightly reduced the bathroom space.

The location was very central, walking distance to the harbor, shops and restaurants. The room was spotlessly clean and we found a lovely gift of a bottle of wine and bottle of water in the refrigerator. Access codes make entry to the property completely seamless. Highly recommend!

The room was definitely small for a family of 3. If you're more than 2 people, one night is manageable but more than that and I would recommend 2 rooms.

The property is located very close to the center of Volos, about a 10 minute walk and there is free parking around if you manage to find a spot which was very easy. The host was very friendly and attentive and she made sure to leave us cold water, coffee and a bottle of wine, although we were staying only for one night. The apartment was modern and stylishly furnished, equipped with anything that you might need. I would definitely recommend Empress Luxury Residences to anyone looking for the perfect place to stay in Volos. :)

We had the deluxe suite with 2 levels and 2 balconies. The location is excellent right in the city centre and close to the sea and many shops. It is nicely decorated and modern. The bed is very comfortable. We appreciated the cleaning and change of towels every 2 days.

The sofa is not very comfortable and the chairs also. The bathroom is too small that makes the overall stay to be good but not to deserve a 10.

Very good residence, Nikoletta was great and very helpful along with the rest of the staff. The room was safe and secure. Very clean as well. The room was very modern and cozy.

The pillows were a little uncomfortable, we had two hard pillows each. We would prefer having one medium/hard and one soft pillow. Other than that, the facilities and accommodatikn was very good and would visit again.
