The view of the room was the whole coastline and sea promenade of Volos - unbeatable view! The room is nice, only the bathroom is a bit small. The beds are OK. The breakfast was very good. The shopping area of Volos is just around the corner and there are many restaurants and cafes on the promenade, just 2 minutes walk from the hotel. It is a good value for money! The parking is 6 min walk, either inside the harbor, or on the street opposite to the harbor. There is another paid parking nearby on the main traffic street. Don't leave your car on the side street near the hotel - that is not a parking area, and we saw how car plates are taken down from cars that parked there.

The bathroom could be better organized. The shower cabin is too small and the curtain did not protect the water from spilling - longer curtain could do the job.

I visited Volos for one night in order to take part in the 8th Half Marathon. The location was 200m from the starting point, right next to the port parking facility (very helpful should you arrive by car) and right on the sea front promenade. For what I was charged for a couple for one night, both the room and the breakfast really did exceed all my epectations. Since I was running the next morning, I kindly asked for a half hour extension for our room vacating time and the lady at the reception graciously allowed us this extra time.

The bed mattress was a bit on the hard side but nothing terribly tragic.

Clean, modern hotel in a great central location with harbour views. Comfortable bed and good hot water.

Soundproofing could be better, and I thought the lighting was poor - there were no bedside lights. For me the breakfast was disappointing but plenty of guests obviously thought otherwise. The coffee was hardly drinkable and there was a lot of rather non-wholesome food. It all felt a bit impersonal.

Absolutely loved breakfast on the balcony overlooking the harbour and late evenings at the rooftop bar/restaurant. The hotel is superbly located! Staff were friendly and attentive, even bringing us unasked a fresh bottle of cold water when we stayed over long at the Cafe.

Would have preferred fresh towels more frequently. And the shower bracket was broken so could only use the handheld.

I love the location, the breakfast room, the food and balconies. ease of access.

there was a catastrophe (the flood and mud and power cut) for which the hotel was totally unprepared. the generator broke down within minutes. There was no provison for food other than crisps from the bar, and alcohol. They gve us no information for several hours. The emergency lighting on the staircase failed. Descending the black marble narrow staircase in total darkness was very dangerous. If there was a fire we would all have been burned alive. I saw no other means of escape. Management didn't show up for hours, so two members of staff were unable to cope., tho doing their best.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location excellent right on the water front/boardwalk. And across the road lots of restaurants and shops. Selfserve laundromat was 5 minutes walk, just pass a Beautiful church in the middle of everything.

Older hotel, but clean. Basically facilities but sufficient for our needs. Breakfast was okay.

Great location, close to everything yet not on a busy road. Beautiful sea view! Very comfortable bed, warm cover and comfy pillows. Overall - perfect for a stay in Volos. Breakfast is good as well, would recommend this hotel for any traveler! Ah important - it’s very warm in the room! Which is rare for Greek hotels.

Spacious, beautiful and cozy room with comfortable bed and excellent wifi connection. Cleaning services were excellent. The view from the balconies was breathtaking, the best view over Volos promenade. A very beautiful roof garden restaurant on top.

There could be a wider variety of food and beverages for breakfast. For example, there was only one kind of tea offered. If someone does not drink caffeine or black tea, the option of cocoa is extra-charged to the prize of the room, despite having paid for room with breakfast. Also, the roof garden menu options have to be increased.

Great spacious room and very clean. Comfortable bed.

The only thing is that while we were having breakfast at 09:00 o’clock they were out of coffee. I told the staff about that and they said that they couldn’t make more because it was too late. (It was 09:00 o’clock). In the end they brought us instant coffee.

The hotel is superb. It has an amazing view of the harbor and the sea. Big terrace. Spacious windows, a soft bedroom, a bath and everything you need. It is located a 3-minute walk from the parking lot, which makes it incredibly convenient for an overnight stay before the ferry. My wife and I were happy to stay here and would do so again.
