Everything worked perfect for us at Salina. Our target was to find an apartment that allows us to combine work and leisure and the apartment fully met our expectation. Apartment was clean and everything inside is of good quality: well furnished kitchen, good washing machine, good wi-fi, nice terrace which I also used for work at times, parking in the courtyard, great and very supporting team led by Despoina. Markets and groceries are in walking distance if you need. We'll probably consider this again when back in Volos

Good to know for those interested in the location aspect, It's adjacent to the city center, so you'll either need to go 5 mins by car or walk around 20–25 minutes. That said, it was absolutely no issue for us as there are plenty of parking spots around the center.

Modern apartment with premium facilities. Spotless cleanliness and extremely friendly staff. They responded promptly to our late-evening booking and sent someone to prepare the sofa bed for the child. They could have just left the bedding for me to make the bed, as it often happens in many apartments, but they didn’t. We arrived only 15 minutes after making the reservation, and I really appreciated the owner’s thoughtful gesture. The sheets were immaculate, the towels just as clean, and slippers were provided. The apartment is equipped with absolutely everything you might need. In the fridge we found water, chocolate, coffee capsules, and even ice cubes. During the last few days of our holiday in Greece, we stayed in 7 different hotels, but nowhere did I feel as comfortable—mainly thanks to the cleanliness. It’s the first time I haven’t felt the need to disinfect everything myself. There are also plenty of parking spaces available.

We loved our short stay here! Everything was so carefully thought out and checking in was smooth and easy. The host reached out on arrival to ask if we needed anything and was very polite in all of our interactions. We appreciated the water bottles in the refrigerator and the chocolates. It was a nice touch. A very interesting note about this property is all the balconies! You have a lot of space to be outside for the size of the apartment. It was also nice to have a coffee machine with milk capsules as well. We have stayed in a lot of these kinds of places and I really felt like this property did a fantastic job of anticipating guest needs and making the experience as smooth and comfortable as possible.

One word: amazing! We loved everything about this property and the people. The apartment is new and extremely clean. A lady even came in the middle of our stay to clean and she did a fantastic job! The apartment is comfortable and well equipped and it has a beautiful view of the town and the mountains. So much we liked it that we spent every evening on the balcony with some delicious take away food and a bottle of wine. The host Despoina is the best host we have ever met, and we travel a lot. Not only is she lovely and kind, but she was always available and very quick with any questions and requests we had. Despoina, if you read this, thank you so, so much for everything! We really liked our stay there and will be back next time we are in Volos.

We were very happy with the convenience and the hospitality of your contact person Despoina. She was very helpful, gave good recommendations regarding food spots and replied all of our questions within short time. Two additional highlighs were the private sauna and the mosquito screens on every door and window. Moreover it was very helpful to have a free parking space on the apartment's property. We had a great time at Salina and were completely satisfied with everything regarding the flat and the communication. Thanks for everything!

The only points of criticism were the part of the city and the high noise level. People who are sensitive to noise and those travelling without a rental car should take these points into their consideration.

We stayed for 6 days as a family of five (2 adults + 3 children) and booked two Deluxe apartments. The apartments were spotless, well-organized, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is just a few minutes by car from the center, so getting around was easy, and the area itself was quiet and peaceful.Our host, Despoina, was fantastic—welcoming, always available, and provided us with excellent local recommendations. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience - recommended!

the hosts were great , very polite with a great attitude and ready to help. Even if it was not at the center , you could easily walk the distance for 15-20 mins. The rooms we rent was the superior apartment and te loft. Both of them was great with a nice balcony that you could see the mountain of pilion and also the sea. Bonus from the hosts was that because of cancelation they had they propose to upgrade our loft apartment with one more spacious superior , and we thank them for that. we definitely are going to choose the same one again next time we'll be at Volos.

we liked everything , if you feel that a 15-20 min walk is far for you , taxis at Greece are cheap and you can take one for 5 euros to transport you.

Despoina, the host, was both very friendly and well-organized. During our stay in the city, she was very responsive and eager to help us. The apartment was spotless, with brand-new furniture and kitchen equipment. The location was perfect since it was within walking distance of the Volos market and the harbor (5-10 minutes). Even though the surrounding streets are not busy, they provide covered parking, which is very convenient. This place is something we would love to revisit.

Small ants greeted us during our stay, but they didn't cause much of a problem. The host confirmed that they would take extra steps to avoid similar incidents.

The apartment was spacious, spotless, and I got upgraded to the one with the sauna, of which I made use every day of my stay. It had a nice balcony of which I made use despite the February cold. The kitchen was reasonably equipped and very comfortable. The area is quiet, within walking distance from at least 3 supermarkets, and of course a handful of cafes. Despoina was very helpful with tips, and arranged for my car to be parked inside.

The residences are located at a very comfortable spot 5 minutes by car from Volos town or from Alykes seaside village. There is plenty of parking space around. The residence we were given was fully equipped with all the electric devices. For example, even the washing tablets for using the washing machine were provided. Last but not least the hostess was really polite and friendly! Worth staying there! We will definitely visit it again!
