The location was great, right in the center and close to lots of nice cafes and restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They gave us great advice on beaches to visit and how to get around, and one of them even came outside to personally show us where to park, which we really appreciated.

The only downside was the air conditioner. It was installed on the upper left side of the bed, so when it was turned on, the cold air blew directly toward the bed, which made it uncomfortable to sleep with it running at night. Also, it was a bit noisy, though that’s somewhat expected given the central location.

A sweet hotel in a sweet city. 5 minutes from the beautiful waterfront. Clean, comfortable rooms, friendly, gracious staff, great value for money overall. Highly recommended!

No room for improvement here!

The location of the hotel is right in the city center and you are next to all main streets and restaurants. But be prepared that it can be a bit noisy at night. We chose Nefeli because it has a secure parking (on other street but very close to the hotel building). You need to request a space before check-in if you want to use it. And it is 6 euro per day.

We got a room different from the one I saw in the photos. Later, I understood that some of the rooms are in the process of being renovated, but there are still some with old furniture. Regardless, it was comfortable. The bathroom was a bit outdated, and the terrace didn't have any chairs.

The staff were very helpful and kind to us. The room was delightfully clean.

The room was spacious and equipped with all necessary utilities, clean and tidy. The hotel is located at a central part of Volos, hence, everything was at walking distance (supermarkets, banks, cafes, restaurants etc). Breakfast was also good and served until 10.30am. Finally, the staff was nice, welcoming and helpful. Overall, I would recommend Hotel Nefeli to prospective visitors!

Nothing, everything was great!

Of course, the location was key. Very close to the port for early morning ferry. The check in was flexible for our arrival and easy to work with staff, who were kind and accommodating. The room was small, but comfortable. The bed and bathroom were well kept and this was a great for the price. I'd recommend this for anyone looking for a stay while in transition to other places based on location.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the port of Volos, which was important for us as we had to get on a ferry the next morning. There was a parking lot close to the hotel for our car, which was also great. The room was clean and tidy, there was air conditioning and good wifi connection. It was a nice experience though we stayed only for a night.

The location is exceptional. Close to the beach walk and in the middle of street with eateries and shops. The seasonal decorations (Christmas and New Year) were amazing. The staff is welcoming and helpful. We have reserved a parking spot and they allow us to park the car before check in.

Coffee was awful, not pościele to drink .. bread shoud be cutted into a smaller pieces, eggs soft boiled ..

Everything is good

Maybe parking isn't free on winter, because I pay 6e for day (at the summer is same price).I'm not sorry for what I paid, but as a genius level 3 member, I think it could have been at least 50% lower because it's not the summer tourist season.
