The friendliness of the staff, especially Giannis and Andromachi, made us feel at home. The cleanness of the rooms; surprisingly, the cleaner lady seemed very willing as well as all the staff were very pleasant and polite. Finally, the location was perfect, just a few minutes from the commercial centre, restaurants, and bars. Also, Azur is in close proximity to the port, which gives you the opportunity to travel to one of the nearby islands. We had a rented car which we could park at a nearby covered parking lot at a very reasonable fee. Driving to the Pelion villages was ideal as we could return back to hotel after a day trip and chill out at the nearby bars or traditional tsipouradika.

I have no negative comments for this place as these people are constantly improving themselves for the better, so I am sure that the next time I 'll be visiting Volos I'll definitely choose this place to stay.

We loved the hotel’s location—it’s right in the city center! We were also happy to see that they have good accessibility for people with disabilities, which is not something we see often. The staff was very helpful and answered all our questions about Volos, including where to go and what to see. They even upgraded our rooms, so we got balconies, which was a nice surprise! The room was super clean, well-equipped, and had some great extras. It’s the first hotel we’ve stayed at that offers bathrobes instead of just towels, and the quality was amazing! The bed was also very comfortable. Overall, a great stay, and we’d definitely come back!

One small suggestion: If a family is traveling together but staying in separate rooms, it would be better not to give them connecting rooms with a door in between. We could hear everything from the next room where our parents were staying, so we had to be extra quiet when showering, drying our hair, or watching TV to avoid disturbing them.

This is a new hotel, keen to make a good impression. The bedroom was very modern and sleek and the bed enormous!. The bed was very comfortable and a towelling robe & slippers were provided. The bathroom had plenty of quality toiletries and the fridge had 2 complementary small bottles of delicious wine. TV was large & had access to many channels.The balcony was small but there was a sea view, despite being in a side street to the main promenade.The hotel have an arrangement with a multi- storey car park nearby, so we took this option as parking centrally is very challenging. The charges were discounted as a result. Reception staff were charming and helpful. Great value gor money too.

I recently stayed at Azur hotel and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive. The room itself was immaculate and well-appointed, featuring modern decor and all the amenities one could need. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I also appreciated the convenient location, which made exploring the town’s attractions easy Overall, Azur hotel exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. I look forward to returning on my next visit to Volos.

The experience was excellent. The hotel is perfectly situated, offering a wonderful view of the port and easy access to various local attractions. The room I stayed in was impeccably clean. Everything was new and modern, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The comfort and attention to detail were remarkable, with a very comfortable bed and high-quality linens. The bathroom was equipped with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. I found shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion, all of superior quality. These small details made a big difference and added extra comfort to our stay. The hotel staff was extremely kind and professional, always willing to help and provide useful information about the city. The housekeeping service was impeccable, ensuring that everything was perfect every day.

The property was recently renovated so everything was very clean which we appreciated. It is very close to the port, so if you’re taking a cruise to an island it’s a perfect place to stay.

There is absolutely no parking and the rooms are beyond tiny. We couldn’t even find a spot to open our tiny carry on luggage, much less a larger bag and both rooms I booked had tv problems which is no fun after a long day to have to stare at the walls and the tvs were never fixed. The elevator is also tiny and there is only 1 for the entire property.

Staff was outstanding. Room amenities were excellent - very luxurious. We booked a family unit, not sure about the size. We could have gone with the smaller unit which would be good for 2 people. Shower/ bath facilities outstanding. Staff all spoke English well. Location was outstanding easy acccess to harbor walkway.

Our only feedback would be that USB charging ports are not in the room and you need to bring your own USB charger. This is very minor.

The front desk were very nice . Audromachi. was amazing ,helped get what I need before my ferry the next day . Alexandroy greeted me in the early morning with a smile and positive energy .

there was no parking in the Hotel, I had to park it in the garage about 400 meters away , 5 min walking . and they charge 10 Euro . I had a Ferry to catch in the mooring , I got up a little early to go pick up my car. It was fine for me, and I am glad it wasn't raining , it would have been very uncomfortable .

A brand new hotel opened March 2024. with lovely modern bathroom , fantastic shower, extremely comfortable double bed , quiet efficient air conditioning , complimentary small bottles of wine and nespresso coffee pods, balcony with side view of harbour /water. Lovely staff. Superb hotel starting out on a journey and building up a deserved reputation excellent value for money.

The location is central, close to the sea and old part of the city. The room (suite) was excellent; it was a large room with a large and beautiful bathroom. The hotel staff was very polite and nice. Also, the amenities (soaps, body lotion, etc.) were of high quality.

Maybe it would be nice if there was some additional service like a pool or gym, but this is how I would see the hotel even better.
