Very good location, walking distance from the center. Very modern, spacious and clean rooms plus big bathroom. Rooms have all necessary amenities.

1) Tiny handle for face towel, it needs two handles (it’s a double room after all) and proper ones at that plus a shelf in the shower cabin for sponges, toiletries etc, there’s just a tiny smaller than my palm shelf that can hold basically nothing. A security handle in the shower cabin would be nice too. 2) Although not a fault of their own, the area around the hotel is a residential one and parking is a big headache. The hotel has four parking slots but more rooms so you have to look around and you don’t know if and how far you will find a parking space which especially for a family with a baby can be an issue even more so during rainfall. During working weekdays in the evening there are some vacant spaces after the stores have closed but don’t expect that during the weekend.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations in every aspect. My family and I stayed for two nights and everything was perfect, from the staff, to the cleanliness, to how the apartment was equipped, to the proximity. Additionally, there was a functional kitchen with a full fridge with free drinks (which they refilled twice) and we were given space on the last day to use the apartment as much as we wanted. If anyone says anything, there will be a problem with me 😀

The room was a lot larger than we expected. It had a mini fridge and hob so you could cook simple meals if you wished. The bathroom was very nice and clean. The staff were very friendly, checked if there was anything you needed and called a taxi for us. It's located within walking distance of the train station, town centre and water front.

Some times felt there wasn't enough light in the room

The breakfast was fine, you get it served in a breakfast box of your choice - all the things inside were fresh and tasted good. Very convenient if you need to get up early and don't have time to eat elsewhere. Eating out definitely would be a better choice, tho. Location is great, it's a quick walk from the port, the bus and the train station which is amazing. The staff is so nice, willing to help you at any given moment. The receptionist even drove us to the port in the morning so we wouldn't miss our ferry :) They are the best. AND THE BEDS. THEY ARE SO COMFORTABLE it is like you are in heaven. You will not regret staying here!

Amazing stay in the middle of Volos yet on a quiet street. Walking to any place in Volos was maximum 15 minutes. Very big room, fully equipped with anything you need. Probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in in a hotel. The staff was amazing, very friendly and always available. In the room there is a coffee machine with which you can also make tea, and there is a stocked minibar which gets re-stocked, free of extra charge. Additionally, we had a bottle of wine gifted to us and a lovely hand-written welcome note. One more very important point, is very strong and reliable wifi connection, which doesn't log you out for your whole stay. It's the little details that make the difference. My family and I rented in total 4 rooms in this hotel, and we were all more than pleased with our stay there.

We booked the hotel at 20:30h on a Saturday ( we had to stay unexpectedly due to the floods in Volos). Even though the receptionist's shift ended in 30 minutes, the lady was so kind to make up our room, so it could accommodate my son. She arranged a breakfast for us and was very helpful and kind. The room was very clean and spacious, the bed was very big and comfortable. The room has a nice balcony, a coffee machine, and a desk. It could fit 3 people perfectly.

It got quite warm during the night inside the room and we can not stand AC blowing while sleeping but it’s not something too bad. I am assuming it can be a problem of the last floor, where we stayed

Everything was perfect. Close to the city center. The building is brand new, the design is very cool. Spacious room with balcony. Good breakfast available to be ordered from the reception. The staff was very kind and helpful.

New apartments, clean, comfortable, fast internet 100mbits/s, had also tv with Netflix and capsule espresso coffee machine. The apartment was cleaned every day and the mini fridge was filled also by the staff with free refreshment drinks and water. The location was around 10 minutes from the center by foot. Finally, there were 6 parking slots that is a perk at Volos.

Modern, clean, spacious rooms. Nice quiet location within walking distance of the city center. Very comfortable beds. Absolutely professional staff with great insight of the city.

The power pressure has some room for improvement. A better light source for shaving, putting on makeup would be great.
