Large selection of choices for breakfast, including eggs cooked 5 ways :-). Fresh fruit, fresh bread and lots of variety of cakes. Great start to each day....although ate too much every time.

Apart from 2 couple of free bottles of water upon arrival, there was nowhere we could top up our water bottles. The only option was to buy bottled water from the bar at 4.50 per bottle. It would have been better if they could provide a water tap, given that the temperatures we in the mid 30s each day and we needed to re-hydrate. Instead we had to buy bottled water from supermarkets outside.

Big and comfortable rooms, amazing breakfast and dinner, located next to the sea and a bit away from the crowd. A good amount of shade by the pool and on the beach. Very friendly staff, there to accommodate all our requests.

An extra hand towel would be nice. You need to pay extra for the safe in your room. The bathroom door is a milk glass, I wish they dimmed the lights in the hallway or had a blackout window film in the bathroom as it was very bright during the night.

Food was great. Ice cream in snack bar was excellent. Wonderful receptionist staff. We also appreciated the free bottles of water in the room. Awesome to be able to walk straight from beach into pool area. Aircon worked great in our room. Loved the neighbouring restaurant (called 'the vineyard' in Greek) which is worth the walk. Expect 40 euros to airport (we used the private hire recommended by the hotel, which was great), 18-20 euros to Kos port.

Disappointing to not offer bottles of water to take to your room for less than €4.50 when other hotels sell them for one euro. Especially when closest supermarket (with random opening hours) is 400 meters walk away. Service by waiters is wanting. There was a blackout our first night but I'm told it's something that only happens once a month.

The hotel is lovely; it has everything you need to be comfortable and have a great and relaxing stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotless; rooms are refreshed and cleaned daily. The choice of food for breakfast was excellent. The facilities are great. You can read inside with coffee and air-conditioning or enjoy the pool and sunbathing. The pool is clean, and we had no problem with the sunbeds. If you get hungry, you can grab tasty food in the Mini Market facility, with good choices, from salads to pizza and cold or hot drinks. We really enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend it.

The only challenge for us was the sofa bed, which was very uncomfortable, so make sure you choose something else to enjoy your stay.

It was very easy to reach by car and there was no parking problem. There is a tavern and supermarket next to the hotel. The fact that it is right across from the beach makes the hotel more enjoyable. The pool is ideal in terms of both depth and size. Additionally, the children's pool was extremely safe. This meets your need. Breakfast was fine. Thank you to Christiana and Angela who helped with early check-in. Deniz, says thank you and yasu :) They allowed us to swim in the pool until our room was ready and allocated an area for us to change. Such small details are always important.

The only problem was that the air conditioner in the room was not a solution to the air temperature. I think it needs a minor repair.

This is a nice hotel, great value for money. The rooms are spacious and clean, not the most modern decor but comfortable. The pool area is nice and good size for the number of guests. The beach is literally across the road so nice views and direct access from the gate at the hotel. I was B&B and the breakfast was ok, good enough choice and everything tasted fine. Enough to set you up for the day. There is a cafe and shop attached to the hotel which is really handy and has great food for lunch, all reasonably priced. The hotel is located an easy 20 minute walk from the main street of Tigaki which has many options for food and drink. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and their bar serves some very nice cocktails!

The rooms were quite plain and old fashioned but not a problem if you don't want to spend all day in room, as the pool and beach areas are nice.

Nice quite beach in front of the Hotel . All the staff were happy , smiling and helpful which makes up for a lot of things :-)

We didn’t use the pool because to have a sun lounger you have to get up at 7am and reserve one with your towel . Not being German we refuse to do this so subsequently by the time we got to the pool all the sun loungers were vacant but had towels on them ! Wasn’t a problem though as there are great Beach Bars down the road like « King Size » where you can have loungers , sun shade as long as you get a few drinks/food

The family apartment room was comfortable with a lovely view. Breakfast was fantastic and the wait staff very attentive. The pool bar was really good, great food and great prices, also with lovely wait staff. The pool was nice and the beach just over the road too. There were a lot of waves as we had some windy days so swimming there was not as relaxing as in Agios Stefanos where we previously stayed, but still it was fun to jump waves and we had a great time watching the sunset from there too.

Loved how friendly and welcoming the staff were towards me and my family on our visit. Especially the manager Christina. She made sure we were looked after and all our needs were met. Every at Kos Palace had great hospitality and the staff at the restaurant and the snack bar were very accommodating. Absolutely amazing and will highly recommend.

The breakfast was excellent! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

The wifi reception was poor and I would suggest that they increase the number of sun loungers by the pool.
