We received a warm welcome upon arrival, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is spotlessly clean, we had moved here after a disastrous start to our Kos holiday and being let down by jet2. We hadn't eaten and the lady on reception rang through to the restaurant to arrange breakfast for us. We booked our trips at reception, we were given all information. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kos. It's a lovely family friendly hotel, the food is fantastic and plenty of choice. We've had a wonderful trip and will return! No wonder it's celebrating 40 years with such great customer service!

It was very clean at all times. The reception staff and manager, Dimitra were very helpful. The breakfast was in a beautiful location on the terrace and a good choice of food. The lunch and dinner were fairly limited in choice but if you stuck to the more local dishes they were excellent. The hotel is a good walk from the beach although in a very pretty and quiet setting. There is a shuttle bus provided to the beach though.

The drinks were quite poor as in there was no fresh fruit juice at anytime and the alcoholic drinks were not the best being limited to cheap local spirits and poor wine and very weak beer. We don’t drink loads but would like to enjoy our drinks when we do. It was all inclusive but we ended up buying our own drinks elsewhere. The snacks were supposed to be available between 4 and 5 but a queue started to form bang on 4 and if you weren’t near the front you just missed out which is not ideal for an all inclusive offering.

Very clean property, rooms had plenty of space, food was great pools just as good, staff were incredibly friendly and helped me book a taxi to airport while also providing a bottle of water and a sweet treat to help save me from my hangover, all in all a very good experience and worth the money, it is a little out of the way of the main strip but not to far as it is only a 5/10 minute walk up the road with plenty of views on the way. As this was my very first time aboard I am incredibly pleased with how smooth they made the experience and would happily return again.

The food was delicious, but it became a bit repetitive after a while. There are enough sunbeds by the pools, so you can enjoy sunbathing comfortably. The two women at the reception were really helpful and answered all our questions. Except for the bartender inside, all the other staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located close to the sea. The hammocks hung between the trees are a great idea; definitely a good value-for-money hotel

The hotel could have offered more entertainment in the evenings. The woman working at the bar near reception was quite unfriendly. Our room's bathroom could use better ventilation. Adding water slides to the pools would definitely increase the fun. Additionally, most of the new dishes contained pork, so it would have been great to have some beef options as well

The Staff Angiee was the night receptionist she was so kind and caring and helpful. What do i say about Demetri that already hasn't been said she is a supetstar. She made our holiday, any proble we had she would fix it. She too Kind. The hotel was very clean always. House keeping do an amazing job. Food was good as well plenty of choice.

The room adverstied by Booking. com was two rooms this was one. This is not hotel's fault. This is clearly Booking.com. They have the picture on there website.

Beautiful resort, the staff are so friendly and everything is very convenient to get to. The on site shop is very helpful too and the strip of restaurants nearby is handy too if you fancy something different to eat. The breakfast roof top terrace was lovely to wake up to as well!

Honestly it was all really good I’d happily go back!

The hotel itself is really beautiful and spacious, equipped with everything you need for your holiday. They cleaned our rooms regularly and throughly, which were just as the pictures on booking. The staff is really nice, they helped arrange trips around the island and answered to all our questions. The food is phenomenal, there are repetitive items on the menu but every day new ones also, everything is fresh and delicious. The pool areas are cool, there is a little bar with some all you can eat and drink items, billiard table, shadows under the trees and several sun beds for everyone. The pools are clean and kid friendly. The breakfast is on a terrace where you can see the sea, it’s fantastic looking at it every morning. The beach is not very close, 15-20 minute walking which can be challenging in the heat, but there is a transport from the hotel 4 times a day. The beach has sand and only few pebbles which is great. Overall, great stay and great value for money, if we come to Kos again we will surely come back here :) Bonus: At the last day sadly we left some things in the hall and contacted the hotel from the Airport, Dimitra answered our phone call and email immediately and was really helpful and promised to send our stuff after us. Thank you again for your kindness!

The desserts were not always the great. When there was traditional Greek dessert it was delicious, but sadly not every day, and the other desserts they had was just so-so for us.

The staff was amazing and super friendly. Loved it . The location was great and the services were also great . Every need was taken care of. A special mention to Silvana and all the staff , reception , cook , waiters . We really enjoyed our time.

The all inclusive concept is fair for the price. Do not wait too much taste for drinks but as I said fair enough for the price. The vegetarian main dishes are less than our expectation.
