The best feature of this appartment hotel is its location very close to the Zacharo beach, but still in peaceful and safe surroundings. The rooms are in small two-story houses. Our room had a kitchenette. This place is perfect for travelling with children, as there is a a well-organized and safe playground, located right next to a cafe-taverna. The cafe also serves breakfast, which is not included in the price. The staff was very helpful and nice.

The room's kitchenette could have been somewhat better equipped. We had only very big pots, which made cooking small amounts challenging.

My family of three, including our dog, stayed for 5 nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything we needed. Its location right next to the beach was perfect—peaceful and relaxing. There's also a lovely bar/restaurant on-site that serves breakfast and lunch, including delicious home-cooked Greek food. We also appreciated how pet-friendly the property was. We truly felt at home and would happily return. Highly recommended!

During a road trip in Peloponnese where we changed 6 accommodations, in this one we had the best sleep ever! The rooms had the perfect temperature. The apartment was in a big residential complex, with big rooms, modern kitchen, amazing corner terrace with cool breeze. The whole complex was quiet even though there were mostly families with young children. The owners were more than perfect. Polite, caring, funny, helpful. Wonderful outdoor playground and bar/restaurant with decent prices, big portion and tasteful cocktails to enjoy. Totally recommend.

Good and quiet location, parking, 5min on foot from beach. Apartment clean and basic, but with all amenities, even for cooking, big balcony. Beach very clean with smooth sand, with all amenities - life guard, showers, changing rooms, WC, beach bar, kiosk.

WiFi/Internet weak, had to use my GSM internet. Beach is often windy with waves, especially in the afternoon.

The staff was very kind, approachable and professional at the same time. The room exceeded my expectations. They even had this projector like screen strategically placed for providing shade during the afternoon (which was a great detail). Well, it was simply great and I can see myself visiting again (especially if you have kids).

The internet connection was a bit choppy but that didn't affect our experience.

great place in a great location. veri close to the beach 5 min on foot. the rooms are renovated and better than the photos. The prices are extremely low for what they offer especially now that everything has gotten so expensive. The beds were comfortable the layout of the rooms great (we were 3 people in a 4 bed appartment (1 room with a double bed, a kitchenette and a comfortable bathroom with shower, and 1 room with 2 single beds a nightstand and a table. we were at the ground floor, we had a nice porch with table and 4 chairs. Then the bar-cafe-dining area is amazing thick grass, shade, shelter from the heat, beautiful trees and flowers all over the place. very friendly people, very low prices for coffee breakfast and eating there. I have been there before and I will go again. also Very pet friendly children friendly family friendly.

Clean rooms, super friendly and amenable staff. Very close (100m) to a gorgeous sandy beach. Awesome kids playground and a convenient bar/restaurant on the premises.

The grounds are far larger than you expect by browsing the listing. If you need quiet for sleeping babies (no passing scooters or cars) make sure to request a room away from the main road.

We were greeted by a wonderful and friendly elderly lady who showed us the property - it was an enormous studio with a kitchenette and a balcony. New and nicely furnished, it had everything we needed. For the given price it felt even a bit overwhelming :) The beach is easily reachable by foot, just 2-3 minutes away. It was nearly empty and had perfect sand and showers to rinse off. A lot of parking space.

Spacious apartment with a large balcony. Beach only 100 metres away. Good onsite snack bar with a nice atmosphere. Plenty of parking. It was just a stopover for us on the way to the ferry, but would happily return if in the area again.

No riser rail/shower head holder - bit of an issue when trying wash hair.

Beautiful and extremely long beach with fine sand very close to the studio. Well maintained and clean place, all amenities available, bar open all day long. Several supermarkets only 2,5 km away in Zacharo. Strongly recommended.

No hook to hold the shower.
