Staff tried to help us with a packed breakfast for the last morning as we had to leave early. Breakfast was very good and rich. We also had gyros from the menu for dinner and it was pretty good. You have a nice view over the island from the resort. It is a quiet location (depending on the preferences and mood, this can also be a con)

The pools are very small and shallow, not for swimming. The room was not confortable: sink in the room, noisy uncomfortable bed, no shelf at the shower etc. The road to the resort was not marked properly and confusing.

The location is relatively far from the mass touristic side of the island, so you don't get confronted with it. To get somewhere a car is required and its centrally located to reach everything. I really enjoyed the 2-level pool its very refreshing, and the view is fantastic. The breakfast and dinner compared to the price you pay are good also its local food and they diversify it every day.

Bees and wasps are present due to the heat and just like us humans one of the best ways to cool off when the weather gets hot is to take a dip in the pool. Bees and wasps use the pool to cool off, to get a drink of water, and to find refuge so they don't get fried. This was a nuisance, but you get around it and enjoy the pool and view after a long day trip. If you are allergic to bees or wasps, better be warned they will buzz around you during lunch or when you take a dip. (summer)

The property was in a peaceful part of Zakinthos yet easily accessible with our hire car. We enjoyed the quiet of the remote area and the stay. We saw some negative reviews before booking and it very much looks like the wrong people are booking to stay here and expecting big resort vibes. If you are wanting a peaceful holiday book here, if you’re wanting a party holiday book the likes of a busier location.

A very good option for the price. On the way there: it's better not to follow Google Maps, but to follow the signs to the hotel instead — they lead you along a much better road. The view of the mountains and nature from the hotel is excellent. The staff is very polite and friendly.

It was such a calm and quiet place. Absolutely amazing views over the ocean. Super friendly staff and owner! Comfortable pool area. Beautiful minimalistic rooms. We loved our stay.

Food was often cold at breakfast.

The location is truly stunning, the pool is beautiful and the views are breathtaking, during the day and also during the night alike.

The rooms are not very well kept, but they are good for the price I would say.

i don’t understand all the negative comments this hotel got, and we are glad we still chose it. the location is incredible, but be aware that you need a vehicle if you book here, it’s not close to the sea or anything. the silence was incredible, and the view as well. we also loved the breakfast, nothing special but it was delicious. the staff is really friendly, also the cleanliness was totally ok. we had a wonderful stay, it was a silence that can’t be described, and it was very relaxing. don’t come here if you want to be noisy and can’t support quietness :) also don’t follow google maps to get here, it leads you nowhere, you have to follow the signs on the road. it’s not a good road that leads you up, so if you are afraid to go off-road, also don’t choose this.

in our opinion the mattress was awful and very noisy, this is the only thing they should definitely change…

it is on top of a mountain so you have to be aware of that but like I said; the staff was super helpful and offered a shuttle service to the beach every time we requested it so even without a drivers license you will be able to visit other places too!

I recommend getting here by car, the road to the resort is rough but it's doable. the view is very nice and so are the rooms. The rooms are simple but it has everything you need. a nice walk-in shower and a large nice bed with a TV and netflix. The pools are certainly beautiful, there can be bugs in the pool but the pools are cleaned every morning. The food is good. If you look at the price and quality ratio, I would definitely give this a 10. You can relax here and enjoy the silence in the nature.
