Great location - about 15minute drive from the airport. Located literally less than 5 mins from the beach. Great access to restaurants and Laganas beach. Very clean. The room looks exactly like it does in the pictures. It's the perfect place if you also don't intend to stay in your room the whole day - and just need it to wind down and sleep. The balcony is perfect for when it gets cooler. It's also quite quiet compared to the busy Laganas beach area.

Couldn't close the bathroom window. But since it was hot, it wasn't too much of an issue - maybe for safety. The place itself would be even more amazing if they had a pool - even a paddling pool. They need to include the fact that you pay for AC per day in the booking notes. AC makes me sick, so didn't use it, but I think those who require it, need to be told about the extra charge before they book.

I loved my stay here! The location is amazing, just steps from the sea. The host and staff were so welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, with free air conditioning, and everything was exactly like in the photos. So many lovely restaurants around – I would definitely come back!

The only small issue was the soundproofing. On the last two nights, the neighbors were quite noisy on the balcony, which made it harder to fall asleep.

We stayed for 6 days at Room 48 by Zante Plaza in Laganas and we had a really great time. The property is located 15 min walk from Laganas road and is near the beach. There is a safe distance from the clubs and pubs with loud music so at night it is quiet and you can rest. Nearby there are restaurants with very good quality food. Breakfast is not served in the property but a kitchen with enough equipment is available. The cleaning service is very good and they clean the room every day. Foteini the owner is very kind and very helpful with everything. We highly recommend Rooms 48 by Zante Plaza if you are planning to visit Zante!

Location although is very close to Laganas street is very quiet and calm. Apartments owner Fournier is very approachable and friendly, she recommended great places to visit and insightful tips!

Apartment would benefit from some home shoes or slippers. It’s quite uncomfortable to walk in the room without it. Also, I read that apartment includes such facility like iron, but nothing like that was present in the room.

The staff treated me with so much care. The studio is comfortable and well equipped with lots of light and power points. The bed linen and towels are of good quality. The balcony and the garden are amazing. The location is very good, quiet area, just a few meters from the beach, with plenty of restaurants and mini markets around. Also only 8 minutes away from Laganas main strip.

The top shower needs maintenance. Maybe adding a sliding door to the shower area would be nice. Otherwise 2 floor towels are convenient to solve the problem.

Our host was amazing and did an excellent job showing how to find the room. The room spotless and its location was perfect for walking to all the happenings in Laganas. The patio was relaxing for evening drinks and morning coffee especially being near the well tended garden. Parking was very convenient and off the road.

The bathroom was a little small for us but it served its purpose.

The staff is amazing (Fotini, her mother and her aunt), always available and so nice. They do their best to make the guests feel welcomed and enjoy their holidays. The proximity to the beaches is as described. You can also go to Cameo Island (15-20 min walk on the beach). If you have a car you can get easily to Keri Lighthouse Restaurant or Mizithres Summer Vibes (for a good coffee or a cocktail if Keri Restaurant is to busy - aproximately 25 min by car- best views on this side of the island). For Keri Restaurant you need reservations a couple of days in advance. Mizithres is a open air terrace (no reservation needed and same view as Keri - exactly next to Keri Restaurant).

The salty water for shower, but unfortunately all the properties on the island have the same running water.

It is close to the beach of Laganas, and 15 mins to airport by taxi. Fontini is very hospitable and zealous, she welcomed me herself even I arrived late and introduced me the hotel. You can send her a message when you need and she will help you. This hotel has a large and beautiful garden.

The place was amazing ! Located just next to the beach, a few minutes drive from all facilities ! Fotini was really nice and available. The room was perfect with a nice balcony, a bathroom and a small kitchen to be totally independent. I recommend it !!

The accomodation was truly as advertised!lovely personel to greet you and support you 24/7.Premises were clean and daily assessed.Many recommendations from the hostess on where and what to do as she went qay beyond her means to answer any questions we have! A true value of my money and will defo visit again next year! Couldnt recommend it enough for someone that needs a break away on greece and a place that combines easy access to beaches and nice restaurants but also good vibe nightlife! 👌 10/10
