Me and my friends recently stayed at the Gardelli resort and the only way i can describe it is amazing! The staff was very welcoming and always willing to help with any issues we had, they all took pride in their job and work so hard and overall their service is 10/10. The hotel is definitely the best and one of the most luxurious hotels in Laganas. The location was great considering its beachfront so you can swim during the day, and at nighttime if you walk along the beach you can find plenty of nice restaurants and entertainment. If you are looking for clubbing and nightlife the strip is a very close walkable distance(about 6 mins), but still far enough so you can still have a good night sleep without everyone partying under your window. The hotel is also very surprisingly quiet at night time which is a bonus if your going to relax. The food was great and if you miss breakfast or lunch there is a snack bar always open serving things like pasta, sandwiches and crepes; along with an ice cream station open all day. If you book with booking.com you also get offered free transfer from and to the airport which saved us money and stress. Overall amazing, and we would definitely return!!!

We spent a week at Gardelli Resort as adult family members,and we absolutely loved it. The hotel was clean,beautiful, and comfortable. The rooms were a little small but always spotless and offered stunning sea views. We especially appreciated the staff- every single member was polite,extremely friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we could fully relax and enjoy our holiday. The pools were great, and we really enjoyed the large, comfortable loungers by both the beach and the pool. The drink options were also very good. We also greatly appreciated the convenient airport transfer service to and from the hotel.

The food was tasty, though the variety was somewhat limited. The only thing me and my mom were disappointed about was the lack of seafood options. We were looking forward to dishes with shellfish,octopus, and squid, but none were served during our stay. The beach was a little dirty, though this is not the hotels fault.

Amazing Stay – One of the Best Hotels We’ve Been To! We stayed at this hotel for six nights and seven days, and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. Special thanks to the bartender Adonis – he deserves a separate shoutout for being so friendly and versatile. Any requests or small issues that came up during our stay were resolved quickly and with a smile. The team even helped organize a surprise celebration for my girlfriend, and they arranged a room for us to wait in comfortably before our flight. Thanks to them, we got to enjoy a full extra day on the island. The food was delicious – we hardly missed a single meal. There were staple dishes served daily as well as new ones that changed regularly. Everything was tasty, varied, and filling. Drinks were unlimited and available throughout the day. There were free sunbeds by the pool and beach, and an additional bar with paid drinks, which were excellent. Free drinks were available at another bar nearby. There was also a convenient snack bar on the property. The hotel has a parking lot, and there are also free spots just outside. Right around the corner, there’s a travel agency offering all kinds of services – from scooter rentals to turtle boat tours. We rented a car through them, which was very convenient (they even pick it up from the hotel), though direct rentals can be cheaper. Housekeeping was excellent – our room was cleaned regularly and thoroughly. Once again, the staff made the whole experience outstanding. Everyone was always helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Highly recommend this place!

For what we paid, we‘re definitely satisfied with our stay. Every member of the staff that we dealt with was super friendly and helpful. The pools and surrounding sunbeds were clean and tidy and great for relaxing. The location is perfect, only a few steps away from the beach. Even though this is not advertised as a family hotel, everyone was so baby friendly and we felt very welcome as a young family.

As muslims, it was a bit hard to navigate the buffet. There was a lot of ham involved in the different dishes and the labels were not very helpful.

The GARDELLI Resort in Zakynthos may have some shortcomings that aren’t mentioned on booking sites, but these are rendered almost insignificant by the extraordinary dedication of the staff. Three individuals, in particular, made my stay an unforgettable experience: Ms. Zanet, Mr. Stelios, and Mr. Konstantinos. Ms. Zanet is the heart of the resort. With her professionalism and warm demeanor, she ensures that you feel comfortable and respected from the moment you arrive. She cares for guests with the attentiveness of a loving mother and goes above and beyond to provide the best possible stay. Mr. Stelios is a master at making the impossible possible. Whether it’s a restaurant reservation or organizing a trip, Stelios always finds a way. He is available around the clock for guests, never takes no for an answer, and always gives his best to fulfill every request. His commitment and dedication are remarkable and play a significant role in making you feel at home at the GARDELLI Resort. Another highlight of my stay was Mr. Konstantinos and his exceptional drinks. His passion for mixing beverages is evident in every cocktail he prepares. The quality of his creations surpasses that of upscale bars, and it’s easy to understand why these drinks are not included in the all-inclusive package. They are worth every cent, and Konstantinos’ cheerful nature makes enjoying his cocktails a special experience. Thanks to these three wonderful people, my stay at the GARDELLI Resort was more than just a holiday. They made me feel not just like a guest but like part of a big family. I am deeply grateful to them and hope their exceptional efforts are duly recognized.

Unfortunately, there were some aspects that made my stay less enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired, and the air conditioning was not strong enough to cool the room adequately on hot days. Despite the fact that the beach belongs to the hotel, there was a charge for its use, which was disappointing. Additionally, fresh juices had to be paid for separately, and water was only available from the tap.

We booked a double room apartment and it was exactly what we needed (family with 2 small kids). It also provided a lovely seaview and pool view. Talking about pools, the hotel has two large pools great for both kids and adults. The food in all-inclusive regime was quite good, but a little bit limited in terms of choices. At least they had quite a lot of fresh fruits, salads and deserts :) Hotel staff was really nice and warm and helped us each time we needed.

Incredible nice and kind employees. We felt so welcome, thanks for everything. Transfer in a luxus car for free, great food. Amazing pool and really close to the beach. Beds very good, great Air Conditioning.

Laganas is too loud for my taste. Even though the hotel is not a party hotel, you can hear until late night the loud music from other places. So be aware before you book. The glass door in the bathrom was also something I would change to give the guests more privacy and comfort.

Absolutely amazing! The resort exceeded all my expectations. The breakfast is outstanding, with great variety, freshness, and options for every taste. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas is clearly well taken care of — everything is spotless. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The pool is wonderful, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a peaceful day. And what impressed me the most was the energy of the place — welcoming, light, and full of good vibes. I'm already counting the days to come back! <3

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff was always ready to help with smiles, my room was always clean with a very comfy bed. Generally the hotel was clean. The best part was that I paid for bed only and the nice manager upgraded us to all inclusive. And we were happy for the upgrade because the food was really amazing and saved us trouble for going out to eat and enjoy more time in the beautiful hotel!! We will definitely come back with other friends and to explore the island as well because we had limited days.

The location was 10/10. Central walking distance to everything. Beach at your doorstop. Loved their pool area - I was easily able to get a pool chair daily (stayed for a week in July). The stay was all inclusive which made it great value for money. Meals and drinks were wonderful - again - all included! Staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms were as per photos and clean. The resort was clean as a whole. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend. Loved it!
