the staff were so lovely and helpful. 2 of us had food allergies and the chef came to meet us when we checked in and was so kind. at mealtimes where we weren't able to eat much of the buffet food he made us personal meals or desserts!! the receptionist was so kind and she helped us book taxis, boat tours and restaurants. the hotel was so clean and the pool had so many floats and things. the drinks and snacks and buffet food were all so delicious. despite being next to the strip, our rooms were so quiet and we slept amazingly. our shared bed was so big and comfortable. we left an opened bottle of prosecco in our room and while it was being cleaned the cleaners put in a stopper without us even asking!! everyone was just so kind all the time and it made the stay so pleasant. there was themed dinner every night, and on greek night traditional dancers came in and performed and got the whole restuarant dancing too. it is such an amazing hotel especially for the price

We liked absolutely everything here! We arrived earlier in the morning and the receptionist gave us a room right away. We booked an all inclusive option, and it was really worth it. The room was very comfortable, the food was great and different every single day and the pool and all the facilities were very clean. Special thanks to all the staff, they are a really great team!

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly! The location of the hotel was good, a few minutes from the beach and even though the hotel is located on the main street where all the clubs are, you couldn't hear the outside noise. The food was really tasty and diverse, and everyone could find something for themselves to eat.

WITH NO DOUBT THE BEST HOTEL, It was pleasure to stay in Club Zante Plaza in every possible way, the most friendly and welcoming staff always positive and ready to help, location could not be better it’s a 5 minutes away from the beach very long stretch of beach ( LAGANAS BEACH ) water is amazing, very comfortable and practical rooms and deliciousssss 🤤 🙌 food, the chef had wonderful options for every meal, we were all inclusive and it’s really worth the visit , the hotel is also in the Main Street where is full with restaurant and bars and clubs so there is everything for everyone, we Thank you to everyone who took best care of our family and our little one 🙏

Very friendly hosting. Staff is super kind. The food selection is plentiful. There are thematic days (italian,greek,mexican,barbecue). All inclusive is really worth it. They take care of food intolarence. The chef tells everyone personally what not to eat and makes special food if it's needed. Entertaining is fantastic (karaoke,greek evening,etc) Close to everything. I give them ten star😀🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The location was great! Close to the beach and right on the strip. The staff were really friendly as well. Rooms were clean and we were given fresh towels every 2 days.

The breakfast selection was quite limited (bread, beans, bacon, etc) and the fresh fruit was not very fresh. There was mold on some of the jello cups that were out. The bathroom was also a wet room rather than an enclosed shower which we were not aware of prior. We were also surprised at how loud the music and entertainment there was, but luckily the bar closed at 11 so the noise settled around then.

The hotel is in a great spot for people who want to go to the clubs and it’s a super short walk to the beach too, but you can’t hear any of it at night unless your balcony doors are open. It’s also right near an ATM and a pharmacy (and there’s loads of both of these along the whole strip) as well so you don’t have to wander too far to find whatever it is you might need. Your room is cleaned every day and they always leave fresh towels for you. The pool was such a nice temperature for cooling off in with plenty of sun beds so you never felt like you couldn’t get one, no matter what time of day it was. The food was good with a variety of choice so there was always something for everyone and the bar, and the guys behind it, were great so I’d definitely recommend the all-inclusive option because you get some lovely cocktails out of it :)) Definitely recommend this place for any and all lads/girls holidays but was great for solo travellers and couples too as the staff will make you feel so so welcome

Absolutely adore this hotel. Small but immaculate and super friendly. Rooms are large and very well equipped. Food is absolutely amazing and varied. Staff are wonderful and feel like family. You cannot go wrong choosing this hotel. On the strip and a few minutes from the beach. Quiet and perfect in every way

Nothing to dislike

Amazing location, on the Main Street just a short walk to the beach with lots of great restaurants, bars and shops. The all-inclusive was great value for money. Yes, it was a little noisy at night but we went for the night life so it was perfect! Very spacious room.

The toilet and shower have nothing separating them so when you shower the toilet gets wet. Apart from that everything was great!

Premises: Booked in the off-season (October) after filtering the top 5 cheapest all-inclusive hotels with a minimum rating of 8 on the island. I chose Club Zante Plaza based on excellent reviews, and it exceeded all expectations. -The staff left an indelible impression: receptionists, bartenders, cleaning staff, chefs, and waiters were all amazing, kind, and passionate about their work. Made us feel welcome, at ease and at home. -Pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade upon arrival (I guess due to the low season) -Enjoyed a peaceful atmosphere as most clubs were closed during the off-season, though locals mentioned the area could be quite loud in the high season. -The food was exceptional, with diverse options, especially during dinner. -Delicious drinks made from local ingredients added to the experience. -Appreciated the limited entertainment options as not a fan of animation. -Real hairdryer in the room, and not just the usual hotel hairdryer that barely dries anything. -Impeccable cleaning and spacious, comfortable beds. -The room had a modern and stylish design.

-More hangers in the bathroom would be helpful, especially since the room should accommodated three people. -The toilet flush had a tendency to splash water on the floor, which could benefit from some maintenance. -It would be more convenient to have a toilet paper cover in the shower area to prevent it from getting wet. -Towards the end of our stay, flies on the restaurant terrace became a bit bothersome. -There were guests who had indulged in alcohol and were being particularly loud during the evening.
