This family run hotel is in a perfect location, everyone is terribly nice! We have stayed in several hotels in Zakynthos, but I can only recommend Pepe and his family's hotel! We had a very pleasant stay, they were helpful and kind! They met all our requests, we really felt at home! The accommodation was clean, cosy and made us feel like family from the first moment we arrived, which gave us a lot here on the island!

The chair on the balcony had a crack so I had to be careful but it was exchanged after I was letting Pepe the owner know.

It's a family business and it's so lovely! The family is nice and welcoming, the food is so good! They make it themselves and they bring fresh towels many times. We were even allowed to stay in our room a few hours longer than check-out because there was still time before our flight!

We had to get used to the insects but this is not the owner's fault.

Pepe and staff were extremely accommodating and pleasant to deal with. After one person's flight got delayed they were allowed to stay an extra night for free!
