The breakfast was very good, a large selection of options, something for everyone. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly and the hotel and surrounds were kept very clean. Our room was overlooking the pool and the beach and it had lots of space, over 2 floors with a balcony on each. I can highly recommend it!

The shower was over the bath with a glass screen covering just half the bath, so it was easy to flood the floor if you weren't careful enough. Dinners were okay but some days the food wasn't really hot enough.

Great hotel with nice view. Very calm and relaxing with a nice, not stressful atmosphere. Many minimarkets close by. Great showering option outdoor. Small distances to everywhere restaurant, beach and pool area. Close to the turtle nests. Great breakfast buffet with nice fruits. Quite air conditioning. Great bathrooms with big towels. Great snackbar options. Very friendly staff. Sun beds on the beach and pool area always available.

Some ingredients like chicken, meat were a bit chewing on dinner, the quality could be improved. One has to pay for soft drinks and water during dinner buffet, although half board was entitled. The drainage in bathroom was a bit slow. Too much perfume spray used during cleaning process.

We loved the Mediterranean Beach Resort! We loved the room, as it was clean, big and spacious with a balcony that overlooked the garden and had a partial view to the sea, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good and provided a good selection of food (scrambled eggs, omelette, fruit, pancakes…). We also loved the people who worked there and made our stay in Zakynthos even more joyful. Big shout out to Marina, Anna, Jenny and everyone else from the reception team and the Pool Team too, as they helped us planning our activities and visits to different parts of the island, organised a car for us to and from the airport and even helped us rent a car so we could discover other parts of Zakynthos. Thank you so much and we can’t wait to be back!

Just a few minor changes: for instance in the breakfast, provide a good orange juice and alternative milks and a wider choice of food and drinks in the pool area. Also, implement a checklist for when the cleaning team does the rooms so they don’t forget about anything (for example, shower gel or replace bin bag). But other than that, it’s been fabulous and we totally recommend this hotel!

- professional welcome - the hotel is made up of small mini hotels along a beautiful garden (small problem: no elevators) - you get beach towels (requiring a deposit but not a problem) - there's a mini market exactly nearby, on the beach - offers free waterbeds for use in the pool or the sea. Also a free ping pong table nearby the pool - has a mini pool for kids

- public beach, as in a lot of human traffic. The sand is bad, with stones. Algae in the sea - sea sunbeds cost 20 euros. The fee ones are only at their pool - limited food availability, mostly same every day - no replenish on the room complimentary water

The location, staff kindness, the kitten in the garden. Overall a good and relaxing experience, but not a 5 stars equivalent respect other countries.

Lack of soap replacement (the dispensed we accidentally broke stayed unreplaceable for the whole staying), lack of a proper wardrobe, sunbeds taken with towels since early morning even if it was written not to do so.

The hotel was very nice and clean, plus the staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was upgraded for no apparent reason which was a welcome surprise. The best feature of the hotel is that was on 10 metres from the sea so was able to swim in the sea every day and still hang out around the pool. The breakfast included was excellent.

It would have been nice to have some shade on our balcony before 4pm. We had to exit the room every morning for the cleaner, whilst on our holiday last year we were able to sit on the balcony during cleaning without having to worry about getting overly hot. Also, the sunbeds by the pool were reserved very early every day and we got the impression people used to reserve them and then go off to do other activities knowing they had a nicely positioned sunbed for their return. There were avaliable sunbeds on the beech, but the price was €20 a day even for residents of the hotel. So when we exited our room for the cleaner there was nowhere to go but the pool bar were you felt obliged to spend money even if you had just eaten the very good breakfast included in the price of our stay.

The hotel was beautiful and spotless. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor which was fabulous. We really liked the pool and the view of the beach. The location was excellent. The staff were very professional and very friendly and helpful.

The only thing that was a little bit disappointing was the food in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. A small select menu and the food wasn't always very hot. The food at the poolside bar was very good.

The hotel is an old 5 stars hotel but well maintained and with a lovely garden. The staff is very nice and pleasant. The rooms are nice and big but it is a little bit old.

The fridge in the room was not big and didn’t make cold very well. They can make this change, in the summer 2 maxim 3 bottles of water can accommodate the fridge:(

Bad quality breakfast for a 5 stars hotel. The suite wasn’t clean clean at all the first day. But everyday they come for cleaning.

Great vacation. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was fresh and delicious. We say a big thank you!
