This place is a gem! Firstly; the location is a few meters from the broad beach at Laganas. There are plenty of cafes and shops within a few minutes. The staff were amazing from the buzzy bar overlooking the beach to the front of house staff- nothing was too much trouble- late checkout, printing boarding passes etc And the cleaners were great and cheerful. Wonderful!

Not much but the sun shades and loungers on the beach would fill up early and a little pricey. I was told extra places would be laid out and if you go further up the beach prices are cheaper.

My family and I had a lovely stay in Janno Beach hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were really nice and comfortable, and also had a kitchenette area in the room. Air-conditioning worked perfectly. There were plenty of sockets in the rooms if trying to charge a few electronic devices. The hotel is located right on the beach and only a few minutes walk to the town area.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality. The location of the hotel couldn’t have been more perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel like cherished guests, and it truly felt like we were part of their extended family. Whether it was providing insightful local recommendations, accommodating our requests, or simply engaging in pleasant conversations, they never failed to make us feel welcome and valued. Thank you for everything!

The only think that I would have to comment on would be the lack of soap... we had to buy it ourselves and some noisy neighbours (youngsters that would yell and scream in the middle of the night - one night from 3:00 to 7:00 AM). After 3 days they left.

Everything, we really have not a thing to complain about! Good food, really nice rooms and the best pers!

We get friendly staff in this hotel, good food and clean rooms, the hotel was like in fotos with a beautiful view and good location, easy for all facilities.

Location is perfect for visiting the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias！ The room is very spacious and clean!

No waterkoker in the room. No drink water!

Great location, close to the beach, and easy available. Very nice facility, it was cleaned on a daily basis. Kitchen is good equipped.

No complaints. Breakfast was basic, but it was enough to start the day.

Very nice I can’t wait to go back again
