Perfect location as although initially worried about not having a pool, there are loads of pool bars on the same street that are open to all therefore didn’t make a difference! Additionally, the villa is far enough from the chaos of the strip to relax during the day but also close enough that getting home at night isn’t too much of a task. Also, Anna who runs the villa has been on call to cater to any possible issues or questions we may have throughout the stay, replying within minutes any time we messaged. Also, I left a jumper there by accident and Anna has gone to great lengths to get it back to me and I cannot thank her enough!!i

Only possible negative comment would be that the cleaner poured out drinks down the sink that we had spent rather a lot of money on in duty free on the way. No hard feelings tho!! 😂

Very comfortable and clean apartments. Rooms cleaned daily. The rooms have air conditioning, TV, WI-FI, mosquito nets and kitchenette with equipment. The Villa Maria has an elevator and beautiful, well-kept garden.   The hosts John and Anna were very nice and helpful. Conversation in English.   The best vacation I have been on with my family. Owners are lovely, the place obviously is a little outside of laganas and has no pool etc. but that’s all advertised. The road that it’s on has plenty of bars and restaurants and everything, so location wasn’t a big deal (15/20 mins to strip). Also plenty of pools nearby with free access. The place was nice and pretty calm. Cleaner came every morning and changed sheets every 3/4 days. No hassle at all, great budget spot for a lads holiday.

Location, view from the balcony, clean rooms (but not to every detail), free of additional charge air conditioning, decent comfy beds, moderately quiet area (except for some ATV's at night)

salty tap water, wifi not working at all, unresponsive owner when asked about the wifi issue through a message (they were never phisically at the reception or around the hotel)

Perfect stay for anyone on a lads/lass holiday. Quiet and comfortable room, close to the strip with no interference from staff. Had a fridge which is useful for having cold water or alcohol and other kitchen things like plates etc.

No shower gel or other bathroom products which is annoying if you travel without a carry on like i did. Sheets/ towels weren’t changed daily and the floor could’ve been swept due to sand being brought in. However if on a drinking holiday this is obsolete as you’ll be on the strip more than your room.

Personal was extremely kind and nice, the location was beautiful with a nice garden in the front, the apartment was clean and comfortable. I would recommend it!

I liked the room very much, it was so beautiful wirh a big balcony, the bathroom was also very nice.

I didn't like the noise - there were many young tourists who were coming from the club at 4.00 am in the morning making such a noise - I think everybody was hearing them, but only my husband was telling them to be quiet...

Everything was perfect! The staff was friendly and they cleaned our apartment every other day what was really helpful and great!

Location in good and quiet area. Easy to go to the beach and shops , lots restaurants around in few minutes to walk. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Surprisingly no iron and ironing board in the hotel.

Quit place with beautifull view from terasse to a garden with palm trees.
