We had to come at 1/2am due to a flight being cancelled. We booked through booking.com and it hadnt come through when we arrived, yet, the staff were extremely understanding. They had given the room I booked to someone else and yet they honoured the price I booked and gave us a better room. The staff were so accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed and made sure that we knew that they would help the next day in any way they could. The room was new and well made - beds comfortable, aircon worked well, bathroom was great, fridge, vanity, etc. Was a very close walk to the laganas strip. The reception helped us the next day as well for recommendations and gettimg back to airport.

- The breakfast was pretty damn good actually, I’ve been the Zante 5 times now, and I’d argue they do the best break (especially for the value ). - Rooms are a great size, beds are decent and the pillows are AMAZING. - Theodora was lovely and very accommodating. - customer service was great, our shower was broken upon arrival, by the afternoon we had a fantastic new shower head. - Air conditioning was a GODSEND, trust me just pay for it, it’s worth it 100%

- The shower itself is extremely small, which made showering quite tricky. - It’d be great if they could open their shop on site, it’d definitely drive revenue for the hotel and save a lot of hassle for the residents when it comes to going out to get water and drinks etc

The hotel is excellent, very clean. The staff is friendly and very helpful. One downside is the fact that it is far away from the beach. However, there is a good swimming pool. The other downside is that Laganas is a party island, a lot of young people come here to party and they can be sometimes noisy.

This was a last minute holiday and for the money it was a great accommodation. Upon Arrival I got there before the check in time and they were able to check me in a bit earlier. The staff were friendly and always there if you needed anything. Good Bar and Pool Area. The room is cleaned and fresh towels daily on my visit. Really good location 5 minutes from the strip.

The shower cubicle was a bit small but I managed but that's about it

Rooms were nice and clean, location was good and pool was fab.

Would be good to pre-warn people about the daily charge for air conditioning; not an issue but good to know before you go.

- The pool and bar area was very nice, very social and you could meet people however people left you alone if you just wanted to relax - Rooms were nice and comfy, doors locked and the area felt safe

- The cleaners were often loud in the morning however I believe this has been sorted

Was in a great location. My deposit was fully returned unlike the reviews stated you get what you payed for as long as u keep the room clean and have no guests you will be fine.

Breakfast freshly prepare, very good. Friendly cleaning team, cleans the rooms every day. Parking available. Nice pool with pool bar. Very nice furniture. We will definitely become a return guests.
