I cannot recommend this hotel enough! The owner was AMAZING! He was kind and always made sure to say hi, and ask us how our holiday was going and gave us recommendations for boat tours. We tried multiple restaurants around the area, but nothing beats the restaurant in hotel! We kept going back for not only how good the food was, but also the prices were the best in the area! The restaurant staff also was the best. Everyone would come and remember us by name and just come to say hi. The rooms were spacious and always kept up with. The staff was always happy and talkative. The location was on a quite street and close to the beach. Then walk about 10 minutes and you’ll get to the “party area”

It was a bit loud at night when trying to get to bed from people coming back from a night out. We had bottles of beer left on balcony. Security did a good job of trying to keep the noise down though towards the end of our stay.

Pool was perfect, and the bar was amazing.

- bar/restaurant staff were lovely along with the receptionist staff - the room was amazing, comfortable beds and big size -close to the laganas strip and the beach

- cleaning staff walking in the room while I was in the shower and sleeping. There should be a post you can put on the door to tell the cleaners not to come in. - there was a bunch of pubic hairs on the bathroom floor which were found upon arrival - the shower door did not close fully - the bathroom door was broken and could not be closed without being locked in/out - the wifi did not work in the room we were staying in

George and all the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Rooms got cleaned every day and cleaners were always on site. Rooms were comfortable and equipped with A/C, a safe (at an extra cost) & WiFi. Couldn’t complain about anything really!

No air conditioning when outside it was almost 40 C degrees.

The room did not correspond to the photos on booking. There was no cleaning during the entire stay of three days. The lockbox was broken. The main light bulb was broken. The bathroom was very small for a family room and in desperate need of renovation. The prepaid taxi to the airport never arrived and the kind staff drove us to the airport.
