The hotel is very nice and located quite well. Clean and well run. But the best part is the service and especially front desk. They went out of their way to assist if there was some issue or question. Here I would like to especially praise Makis, the Front Office Manager for the job well done in running things smoothly. Also many thanks to Philip at the front desk who really was so friendly and who readily accommodated all our requests. Thank you Philip. All in all the stay in hotel was a really nice one. At times there was some noise by some young guests but as said the front desk did its best to keep things under control. Well done everyone.

Noisy at times

The Best Hotel Ever! Amazing friendly, and helpful staff, especially Makis, who welcomed us with drinks! During our stay, we lost a few things and each time he made extra effort to find them in the hotel. All our requests were addressed straight away! The hotel is pristine clean, every way you look, someone will be cleaning something! The pool area and sun loungers are jet washed every night. The breakfast is amazing, including continental, English and Greek delicacies. I asked a waiter about a delicious cake and he even found me a recipe for it. I can't stop praising the staff who are extremely professional including reception, bar and pool bar, housekeeping and maintenance - they all perform to the highest standards. We had a deluxe triple room which had everything you need. Additionally the hotel is located a walking distance to all the shops, beach and a few minutes drive to the airport and Zakynthos town. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a pleasant stay or some party in the nearest clubs and pubs.

The staff were all very kind and courteous. Although I had to make several changes to my reservation, they responded very quickly and politely. I arrived much earlier than the check-in time, but they provided breakfast while I waited for the room to be ready, and sent me an email to notify me once the room was prepared. The customer service was meticulous and attentive. The hotel is a bit old, so there were occasional issues like the water not running or the electricity cutting off, but everything was impeccably clean. I would love to stay here again.

We came at 1am needing a room after we couldn’t access the hotel we previously booked. We have never experienced such amazing staff working in one place. Everyone that works here is incredible and so helpful, we feel so grateful for everything they did for us. The rooms were super clean, spacious and have so many facilities. The breakfast was soooo good and fresh, the pool is amazing along with the bar. Honestly everything about this hotel is incredible and for the price, we are getting way more than expected. Absolutely love it here and the staff just made everything way better. It’s so nice to come to a place with happy and helpful people, they’ve made our holiday so amazing. Thanks to everyone at Zante Atlantis Hotel, we will be back 100%.

Nothing, loved everything.

I recently spent a week at Atlantis Hotel in Zakynthos, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, which added to our overall experience. Breakfast each morning was plentiful and delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. The location was perfect for exploring the island, and I appreciated how peaceful it was. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zakynthos!

The rooms are modern and clean. The swimming pool is very nice, lots of sunbeds and very clean taking in consideration there are more young people. The staff is paying attention to every detail. Nice breakfast.

NOT FOR FAMILIES. It is a great hotel for partying. There are more young people drinking and shouting all day and night. The bedroom doesn't have a proper window. It was replaced with a plastic/wood board as is facing to the coridor. There is a very small window (mat so not much light on the room) on top which can be partially open. There is a door to the balcony from the main room. There is no shower gel in the bathroom, is just shampoo/conditioner.. Music is loud even after 12am, even on the policy states that quiet hours are between 12:00 am -6am. Room was on the third floor...very hot . Air con units are on the balcony, so if the air con is on, on the balcony is very hot very hot, you can't stay and relax. No spa (manicure, massage) at the hotel as it was advertised.

The hotel was relatively good and nice. We had breakfast, it was very good every day, the location is also good. The hotel is located 10 minutes from the busy laganas road, the beach is also close, 15 minutes on foot. Overall, the hotel has a very good impression. It is a smaller hotel suitable mainly for young people, as well as older people, but beware! I do not recommend with children. The music played every day until morning, on the third floor you could hear it through the closed windows as if you were right in the bar. If you want to be in a busy area and want to have fun, then this hotel will be for you

There where issues with noise from guest next door , but the reception staff and Maki’s the office manager dealt with things swift , very kind and sincere staff , nothing was too much trouble

It was unbelievably clean, the room and the communal area/toilets. The staff were very friendly and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay

The only think is you can’t eat/drink your own snacks by the pool, they must be bought from the hotel - but that’s a very minor thing and didn’t bother us too much :)
