This location is a family business and I can say that they are all lovely people, welcoming and warm. The studio that we stayed in was spacious enough, with 2 twin bed and a sofa. Bed sheets and towels changed and room cleaned every other day. You will find everyting necessary in the kitchen, as pots and pans, cutlery, cups and plates. There is hair dryer in the washroom and on the balcony there's a clothes rack to dry your towels. We also gave our clothes for laundry to them, to get it back clean second day. The pool is nice and clean. You can serve at the bar some sandwiches, some salads, pasta, pizza or some yummy pancakes, with a nice cocktail or a refreshment dring. The place is surrounded with quietness and you really feel welcomed. It is far from the craziness and loudness of Laganas, so you can enjoy peacefully your stay here. We came here with our dog, and we were welcomed, and our dog played with the owners dogs, and this was nice.

The only thing that would be a minus here is the salty water that you are bathing with, but of course this is not the fault of the owners. I have been on the island also some years back at a different hotel and the situation was the same, so i kind of mention this for who reads, to know what to expect.

Very nice, friendly accomodation with small, simple and comfortable rooms. It is a little bit far from Laganas beach (about 25 mins walk) but also from the noisi main street so it is calm and peacful. The owner is really kind and helpful, and you can order great food and drinks all day from the little bar next to the pool. It is an excellent place to realx.

Wifi only works by the pool and the bar.

Anastasia was a lovely host which made our stay very pleasant. Always helpful and kind. The food was great and affordable. Our room was well equipped, having everything we needed.

It was a cosy place, further away from the noisy town. The room was spacious, had most of the needed amenities. The AC worked perfectly (with additional cost). The host was really exceptional and super friendly. She's really loving the guests and trying the best to please their favours. I was really grateful for her hospitality for the entire stay. It was a really great experience for the value you pay. The restaurant prices are cheap considering the ones in Laganas.

Some minor flaws like bad room isolation between other rooms. The room could be cleaned a bit more often, since it gets dusty in a longer stay. The breakfast choices overall were fine, but a bit too light if you're hungry.

Were well looked after by the hosts in regards to the cleaning of the room, fresh towels etc. The little shop/restaurant down stairs is very cost friendly and good value. Great location just at the top of the main strip

Feeling like at home, very cozy place with all you need for hols. Hosts are super friendly and helpful.

Sound from other rooms - you can hear every single word. It could be provided with basica like shampoo or shower gel.

The host is very welcoming and kind.

The rooms and the facilities exceeded the expectations I had from booking.com and the service was superb.To be honest my friends and I were a bit annoying but we never got any complaints,the hostess was always friendly and willing to help.The restaurant/pool bar offered a variety of delicious meals that where decently sized and cheap compared to all the restaurants over the island.The apartments were close enough to walk to all the bars,clubs,restaurants and beaches down the road,but also far away enough so you could relax and get away from all the noise of the partying.

Bathrooms did not meet the expectations, staff helped and fixed the one that was broken, still bathrooms need to be fixed more.
