I was attending the Villa Paradise and it was beyond exceptional, I thought the host was extremely helpful and caring. The property, where do I begin, the pool was fantastic, there’s a lovely spacious kitchen, packed with everything you may need! The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious, there was plenty of televisions that were great quality. Overall, I believe this accommodation is sublime if you are looking to have a great stay in the wonderous place that is Laganas!

Personally, for me, in my opinion, the property was a little bit far away for the main strip of Laganas, Zakynthos. However, the property makes up for it in an extraordinary way.

The room is comfortable, the reception and bar staff are very helpful and friendly. One of the hotel owners was kind enough to make the room available until my flight time without charging extra for it. There is a large and beautiful pool to enjoy. The location is wonderful.

The reception is not open 24 hours, but that didn't stop anything, because when you arrived at the hotel you had instructions about which room was which and where to pick up the keys.

We had brilliant time at this place. First and foremost, the breakfast options at Paradise Apartments were very good. The variety of choices was impressive, and every dish was cooked to perfection. The food was fresh and very tasty The service provided by the staff (Sandra we love you ) was nothing short of amazing. They were attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure a memorable experience. The welcoming atmosphere they created added a special touch to our stay.

It's important for accommodations to provide comfortable and well-maintained rooms. If we would have to pick up something to change, then the standard of the rooms could be improved a little bit.

I liked everything about this hotel. The staff were so friendly and really took care of me (I stayed here recuperating from hospital. Thank you Sandra for checking in with me and making sure iw as OK!) The rooms were clean, tidy and the kitchen amenities were fabulous (kettle, microwave, hotplate etc) Then cleaners done a fabulous job. The hotel was quiet of a night time and I got a full undisruptive night sleep each night! Pool area was clean, plenty of sunbeds, a shady area and a full bar and snack food menu. Cannot rate this place enough! Oh and the cappuccinos were amazing!

Absolutely nothing!

Everything was great! The staff were amazing! The first room wasn’t so nice, it was dirty, but the second room was really nice and comfy. The hotel was such quiet and there wasn’t any parties, which was nice. The pool area was clean and comfy and food was delicious.

First room was dirty and uncomfortable but we change the room and got better.

Very nice structure and in a perfect position to reach many places of interest in Zakynthos, structure suitable for young people and couples but also welcoming for families, the staff was incredible, very kind and they all speak English, the lady (I think the owner) was fantastic throughout the stay, always very kind and helpful it was nice to meet her (I hope she remember us ☺️) and also the guys at the Bar, a special thanks goes to all of them from the bottom of our heart, we will definitely be back!

Incredible value for money, every morning our room was cleaned, and fresh towels were given to us. The bar was brilliant, the food and drinks were really nice (shoutout to Natasha for the free shots each night). The room was comfy and clean, and the resort itself was lovely. The pool was also very nice.

Sandra and Babbis behind the bar were amazing! So friendly and funny, couldn't do enough for you. Our room was well equipped and loads of space for 4 girls to get ready. Had a lovely huge patio area too. Pool area was a good size and nice and clean and the food and drinks at the pool bar were really good.

Bit of a walk 15mins or so to the clubs and restaurants

Very good, clean and spacious villa, located in a central position to easily visit all the island. Staff always friendly and happy to help. Highly recommended.

Location was pretty good, but a little far from the beach. It has a great pool with palmtrees and a nice bar. We arrived early in the morning but check-in was possible in approximately 1-2 hour, sooner than expected.

Wi-fi could be better. Also, the douche gel wasn't replaced when finished.
