People are warm, welcome was really nice. Location of the hotel is perfect, calm but very close to beaches and nightlife. Restaurant of the hotel has an incredible view, pleasant for the sunset, food is also nice and prices are reasonable.

The room was too luminous, comfort of the bed and pillows were not that good.

Heartfelt thanks to Kostas, Panos, Ana, and all the other staff as everyone was so warm and welcoming. The room had a great sea view, and the access to the sea and the seaside sunbeds were very nice. Restaurant is great for all meals during the day. Service staff were great in general.

Maybe bed sheets could've been changed more times during our stay without us explicitly requesting it. Open buffet breakfast could've been better for the price, but it was ok.

Clean rooms, nice staff, very helpful and sweet, eager to male you feel looked after, pool and beach next to each other, ideal location close to the shops, restaurants and other amenities but far enough to avoid the excessive noise and crowds.

You could still hear the noise from surrounding properties and the nearby parties throughout the night and morning, but this is just the nature of the town where it is situated.

We would like to say a big thank you for the staff!! We went near the end of the season but it was lovely! It was nice and quiet and the staff was so friendly! Thank you Anna for the great hospitality! the evening receptionist who was so happy and all smiles all the time made us so happy every time we saw her! and a big big big thank you to our bartender ( don’t know his real name in Greek) sounded like Dennis? He was such a big sweetheart. Did everything for us with a big smile, told us where to go and where not he really holds a special place in our hearts. every morning when we were almost the only ones in the hotel he took suck great care into serving us! The hotel was amazing! you walked right into the sea, central but in a quiet street. everything near by; from supermarkets to restaurants to clubs to Cameo Island, renting a car/scooter and of course the sea!! our room was so big and lovely! private entrance little terrace, big hot tub nice shower great bed, Airconditioning nice couch everything was lovely! Anna made the arrangements for my surprise which my boyfriend and Anna put together! It was beautiful; the bouquet of flowers, the rose petals on the bed and the sweet Moscato d’asti wine! Anna and staff we definitely will come back! you worked all so hard enjoy your season off. kind regards Nunu and Katchiri.

It's just WOW🤩 Everything is great, direct access to the sea on your own beach, sun loungers, umbrellas, beach towels are clean every day, breakfast is a buffet (everyone will find something useful and tasty for themselves), room cleaning every day, the staff is great! Special thanks to the owner of the hotel Anna 🤗🥰 this is special love and gratitude for the vacation!!!! Thank you for your help and memories for a lifetime 🥰

The property had an amazing location, not too far from the main strip. It was quite at night and very clean overall. The outside shower helped my group get ready faster since we are all girls and take our time. The staff were amazing and made sure we stay satisfied. We arrived at the hotel at 8 so the lady at the front desk told us to go chill at the pool until our room is ready and kept our stuff safe. We also rented a car and the hotel has its private parking so we didn't have to struggle with that. It was overall a great experience and if I go back to laganas I would definitely go back that same hotel!!

To access the beach it's a bit rocky so would definitely recommend some water shoes.

I was quite surprised that a place like this doesn't offer a good breakfast. Most of the items in the included breakfast were quite bland and outdated. Additionally, on two occasions, I found small rocks or sand in the pastries, which nearly broke my tooth. This caused me to avoid further breakfasts during my stay. The desserts also need improvement. The Tiramisu, for example, was very stale and tasted like the ladyfingers were taken straight from the packet and topped with some cream. I strongly recommend updating the kitchen and ensuring that fresh ingredients are used. Doing so would greatly enhance the dining experience and make this place a 10/10.

At our arrival the lady at the welcome desk was really nice and motivated. The restaurant at the hotel is an absolute win. The food was good and the waiters were very friendly. Additionally we really liked the room service. It was a nice bonus at the hotel.

The AC was really old. It was basically working but you could not change the temperature or wind settings, which led to either very hot or very cold nights. The cleaning ladys came every day but never changed our towels or cleaned the balcony with the ashtray, which was a bit of a pity.

The receptionist girls were really kid and helpful. The room (105) was excellent for 4 people for our stay. The room had a huge balcony with a jacuzzi which we could also use. We had a beautiful seaview which was amaizing. We had no problem with any noises we didn't hear anything, we could sleep very well. The airconditions were working properly. The breakfast was okay, avarage, nothing special. The only issue was with the stairs to the sea, which was slippery a bit. Would be good to build here a normal stairs to walk in to the sea.

Denise Beach Hotel is excellently located with 2 buildings: one right on the beach, the other one across the street. Both have their own pools and can be used by any of the guests. We were accommodated on the building across the street (which was more for families with children) and as we were travelling with our baby it didn't bother us an all. The room was very spacious and also had some small amenities which we used: coffee filter machine, mini-refrigerator. The staff was very kind and friendly with us. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, though we did eat once at their restaurants. Pool bar is also available in the building build right on the beach.

Room could have been a bit cleaner as there were still sand on the floor.
