Amazing location, you step outside of the hotel and you're on the beach. Great beach, the water is amazing. It's a lovely hotel for family, the staff is friendly, it's quiet at night so you can easily sleep with the windows open. The hotel manager is such a lovely guy, always there to help you with everything you need, gives you great tips to visit the island. We arrived very early in the morning and he let us stay in another room untill our room was ready. The view from our room was amazing, to go out on the balcony and watch the sea. Fresh towels every day. The hotel has it's own restaurant but if you want to diversify there are amazing taverns nearby, also car rentals if you want to visit the island, and a Spar supermarket 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

The breakfast options are a bit confusing regarding prices, also there are better options for breakfast at the other terraces.

Breakfast was good. The location is minutes from the beach bar and beach We were on the first floor standard room. Dennis took our cases down the stairs and bought them down again at end of stay. No charge for safe asked for a toaster. No charge.

We had breakfast most days. But if you do not stick to the breakfast in the menu you are charged silly prices. Ie I had 2 toast I egg fresh tomatoes a cup of coffee. Husband had 2 egg in toast with coffe. It was 19 euros. So need to stick to full English or half English which is 15 euros for one of each including coffee and toast Beds could be softer

The room was lovely, bed comfy, good storage and bathroom for greece was fab! The whole stay was fantastic thanks to Denis, his housekeeping staff and the lifetime bar crew! The whole team could not have done more and would definitely stay again

Only small point was having plates, cutlery and fridge, there was no where to dry them properly so a tray in room or something with tea towel would have been ideal

One of few places with access directly to the beach with the shared bar. We were surprised at no pool but we booked for the beach not the pool. The staff at the hotel and bar were exceptionally nice and accommodating. Both were very helpful in giving us ideas and contact information vacation activities such as sightseeing and boat trips available.

Surprise was the no pool but that was just an oversight on what we looked at in the amenities. The Booking.Com directions need to be updated to Anetis Beach Hotel. The Google Maps directions led us to a place about 15 minutes away.

It is our second time coming to Anetis and Zakynthos for our summer holiday, and let me tell you, you will be hard pressed to find a more accomodating, friendly, and entertaining bunch. Last year, we were convinced to book them by the plethora of reviews, which mentioned it was their 2nd or 3rd time booking with them, and I hope this review does the same for others. We booked one of the triple rooms, it was spacious, the bed was big and comfortable, and so was the additional pullout bed. Spacious bathroom and shower with good water pressure. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the bedding was changed every 2 days with daily replacement of towels. In addition, we also had a nice seating area outdoors, which we took advantage of in the evenings. Do not be taken aback by the 2 stars of the hotel - their cleanliness and service standards are worth 5 stars. The hotel grounds open right on the beach and are equipped with sunbeds and a beach bar and restaurant, which are very handy. The sunbeds are free to use, but the hotel does ask to spend 10€ at the bar in return for their use, which we were more than happy to do. You can order at the bar or your order can be taken by their handy staff. The area is also equipped with a kids' play area, pool table, outdoor showers, and toilets. The Tsilivi beach is beautiful with fine sand, spacious and shallow waters for quite a war from the shore. In addition, they were so accomodating than when they found out our flight was in the late afternoon they allowed us to use another room free of charge to store our luggage and shower after spending our last day on the beach. We went for a very early morning trip one day, which meant missing out on breakfast, so instead, they prepared sandwhiches and coffee, which we took on the go. So, for a second time, I want to thank Dennis, Maria, Ilias, and the entire Anetis team for making our stay so exceptional at such competitive prices.

This hotel is right on the beach and had everything that was needed in the room. There was a fridge, hairdryer, safe and air conditioning. The room was cleaned every day and linen/towels changed every two days. The staff cannot do enough for you and are always friendly. The view from the balcony was a lovely sea view. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean and very easily accessible ground floor apartment’s. They even provide wheelchairs or mobility scooters for a small fee. These apartments are fantastic for holiday makers with walking problems or family’s with small children.

Location - on the beach. Staff at the hotel and the beach bar- restaurant is amazing. Forthcoming and always smiling

No wi-fi. Hotel wi-fi has a full signal but actually very poor or no connection. Web browsing or making a viber video call is impossible. Our room was on the ground floor just behind the lobby and reception desk. The other wi- fi in the restaurant/ beach is even worse. Useless. Used the wi-fi from the hotel next door for full seven days

When we arrived very early at the hotel on the day of check in we were allowed to have breakfast, despite the fact that we were not officially allowed to check in until 3:00 pm. The breakfast is awesome and veryyy extensive. No restrictions in time, you can have breakfast the whole day. We stayed at the rooms with terrace. Very spacious, very clean, airco, fridge, tv, etc. Daily cleaning was great! Dennis is running the hotel as his brother and sister are running the beach-bar. They are just awesome, very friendly, hospitable and helpful. When we had to leave early for the boat they suggested to take sandwiches instead of breakfast. Just go there and experience yourself.

If you want to get to know the locals. Come to Anetis Hotel and the Lifetime Bar. Have breakfast infront of the sea, meet the staff, get tan in their free tanning beds.

Nothing. I actually made a trip back from Laganas to Tsilvi, just to spend some more time at Anetis. They even open a room for me before I left for the airport.
