This was our first villa holiday, travelling as 4 adults and 2 children (8,10). The villa provided us with a week of relaxation. The location is perfect, not too far from restaurants and the beach, yet away from the hussle and bussle of the main strip. Although we didn't see much of the staff during the week, any issues or questions we had were communicated via what's app and resolved straight away. The owners were always polite and helpful. The villa was spotless and cleaned every day. The staff were very friendly and the garden/pool guy was always smiling and making a fuss of the kids. The grounds around the villa are beautiful and we had the most perfect stay. I never usually want to visit the same place twice as I feel like there's always so many more places to explore... However, I would seriously consider coming back to mamfredas!

Sometimes the pool would be cleaned (with the robot machine) at inconvenient times rather than before breakfast or late evening, which meant sometimes we had to wait to use it. (but then again, at least it is being cleaned regularly I guess). Also, the pool kept turning our swimwear yellow/green. Don't know why this is, but again, not an issue as we could use the washing machine each day. Villa was a little more dated in some rooms as to what the photos online suggested. Don't know if this was just ours. But again, this is being picky as it was still beautiful with everything you needed.

Everything. The location was perfect to access the beach, the shops, restaurants and bars and also there was a small local shop at the end of the road, perfect for buying big bottles of water and beers and wine so you didn’t have to carry them from the bigger supermarket So clean, and cleaned every day. Fresh towels every day and beds changed every other day. All cleaning items for dishes, dishwasher and washing machine provided. And cold drinks and water left in the fridge for our arrival. Air con was a 10/10 too. Can’t find fault at all and will use again. Staff were all lovely and friendly too

It is a well-appointed and comfortable villa which is cleaned on a daily basis. It is very secure in a gated resort with a reception area. The staff are excellent. A welcome basket, robes and additional pool towels are provided. The location is excellent with a short stroll to the beach and a shop across the road. An excellent restaurant, The Halfway House, is also across the road. The accommodation and service are 5-star and Angeliki and her team ensure that everyone’s stay is thoroughly enjoyed. We can’t wait to return. It is the best place to stay on the island. Well done to the Mamfredas Resort and thank you!

There is no fault we could find with this property.

The location was exceptional with a couple of supermarkets less than two minute walk and a lovely cocktail bar, which also served food from breakfast till evening was literally opposite the property. It was a two minute walk to a beautiful beach with many nice bars. To walk into the main centre it was less than five minutes and definitely a car is not necessary, unless you wish to explore the island as there is also a bus stop less than five minutes walk away. The staff were amazing and everything was perfect. The pool was constantly cleaned and maintained, and every day 2 lovely ladies from housekeeping came to clean the villa and change the bedding every two days. I would certainly give this accommodation five stars, as well as the host Angelika, who was extremely kind and looked after us very well. It is a perfect place for a relaxing/stressfree holiday for either couples/groups of friends or family gatherings. An added bonus is there is a beautiful restaurant also opposite which gives impeccable service and amazing food called the halfway house

The Villas are perfectly located - 3-4 minutes to the beach and 3-5 minute to restaurants and entertainment. Its very clean and quiet. Rooms where cleaned daily and the private pool makes the experience perfect. Wi-Fi coverage is perfect and AC is available in every room. There are awesome recommendations that came from the hosts. The kitchen is fully functional and coffee is available for the first day on behalf of the host. Will highly recommend to all my friends and family!

We would loved mosquito nets as there are a lot of doors that lead to the outside.

Very clean. With everything needed and all good quality. Also 3 minutes to the beach. Perfect for our group of 7 (2 adults and 5 teenagers).

Very minor, but the guy who cleans the pool and takes care of maintenance as well as the ladies changing the bath towels, they keep coming in the garden without notice, feels quite a lack of privacy. But I do understand this way it’s so clean. Maybe just agree an interval of 1 hour for each villa when this is suppose to happen? This way people expect visits and they are not taken by surprise

Place was absolutely spotless, with the lovely cleaners coming round every day who always genuinely seemed excited to see us (but mainly our kids), likewise with the pool and garden area kept in perfect condition as well. location was great, short walk from the beach, not far from the main strip, the restaurant over the road was amazing and the local shop had most of the essentials you would need. The host had really good communication and catered both for our late arrival and late departure, (absolutely invaluable when traveling with 2 kids under 3!).

Mamfredas Resort it was our choice for Zakynthos. We were 2 families with 1 child of 6 years old and 1 baby of 1 year and 4 months. It was the perfect choice to stay at Mamfredas Resort!!! The resort is very close to everything: beach, market, restaurants, souvenirs shops, bars, entertainment facilities etc. The accommodation was very nice and clean. The beds are very comfortable. The swimming pool is perfect and they are cleaning the pool every morning. Also the villa is cleaned every day! Angeliki is always helpful and she made us feel like home during our stay! Thank you very much Angeliki for your support with transportation and also for being such an amazing person!!! For sure we will come back at this accommodation when we return to Zakynthos! It’s the perfect choice!!!

Great location with an excellent restaurant right across the street - Halfway House. We went there 3 times! Walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. The villas were cleaned every day, the pool was so nice after a hot day out and about, and the rooms/beds/AC were very comfortable.

Very minor but WiFi was spotty upstairs. However, it was fine if you were on the ground level so this wasn't a big problem.

The villa was really spacious and all the rooms were a great size, with comfy beds and big wardrobes. The outside area was lovely and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. There were some drinks left in the fridge for us on arrival which was a lovely touch. Cleaners came every day which was a great surprise as not many villas offer this. There was also an amazing restaurant opposite the complex which was our favourite meal on the trip!

The chlorine in the pool was really strong and stained our white swimwear and hurt the kids eyes. We also had a few issues with the showers not draining properly, and reported this - the problem was improved but after a couple more days still persisted. It was fine, but just meant the shower couldn’t be on full power. We also arrived slightly early and there was no one at reception so we had to wait for a while to check in.
