After I started reading the previous reviews from other customers, I thought I would have a bad experience ,but it wasn't the case. Everything was perfect ,friendly staff ,the rooms were very clean, and towels changed every day, plus someone was cleaning the room every day , hot water was working ( i saw a few complains that there was no hot water) we had 2 AC units in our rooms and all worked just fine , large pool and bar , free parking next to the hotel ( 2 minutes walking ) Breakfast was ok , there are a few options available . The hotel is located on the high street, and there's a lot of restaurants/ taverns / bars/clubs available at walking distance. Most of the beaches are at around 10-30 minutes driving distance away from the hotel! I would recommend this place as a good place for families with kids because Argassi Town is much quieter than the other places from the island, and this hotel has everything you need as a family !

The hotel was very good value for money, the location was great, the hotel was clean and towels were changed everyday which was nice , the beds were comfortable and the staff were nice. I also liked the fact you can rent beach towels for your entire stay for €10 per towel and can change them as and when you like.

The WiFi in the room wasn’t very good (we were in room 234) but worked fine at the pool . The restaurant Apollo attached to the hotel we waited 30 mins for poached egg on toast and the bread looked like it had been toasted with a lighter and the egg was over cooked and fried.

- close by to all shops and restaurants of the Main Street of Argassi, less than 5 minute walk - close to zante port, about 10 minute drive - beautiful pool area - quiet and off the main road

- internally quite loud, the doors for the rooms are very light so you can hear all other guests moving around and the slamming of doors - shower head was not great, it squirted from the top and was very harsh (it hurt) so we used the handheld shower head - we went early june and the bar in the hotel wasn’t open yet so worth checking against your time of travel if this is something you are after

It is a great property, the staff are friendly and the property is very well maintained. Having the pool and bar area is a great highlight. It was a meeting spot for us and our friends also staying in the hotel. The restaurant next to the hotel named Apollo, is a convenient place to eat and the food is delicious! Convenience / grocery store is a quick walk away and it is right in the heart of all the shops, restaurants and night clubs.

We booked when there was a sale on and we stayed in a room that is older but the room was clean and very comfortable. There was nothing that upset us. We do look forward to booking here again and staying in one of the updated suites. They are gorgeous!

Room was cleaned daily, all of the staff were friendly and polite. Eager to help when asked. There were always sun beds available during our stay, even though hotel was fully booked. Beach towels/pool towels available at 10 euro deposit per towel. So no need to take your own. Safe was provided free of charge in room. Location just on the outskirts of the main restaurants and shops was perfect, all still easy walking distance. Also great base to see rest of Zante from and some excellent beaches at this end of the island too. For a 3 star, it was more than adequate and was at the top end of it too. Another nice touch is having a freezer as well as fridge in room, so water bottles can be frozen to use in cool bag as ice blocks when out for the day. Zircon worked perfectly and had no problems at all. Bar closed for 1 day, but taverna apologies allowed food and drink to be taken out and had at poolside if you wanted to. They also did the best gyros around, and we tried quite a few.

No on site parking, but street was always free to park on and only a few metres away. Not being able to change safe code to a personal code was a bit unnerving. Ther was a sewer small a couple of times during the week in the room we had, which is why I think the cleaners leave the balcony door slightly open after cleaning. But it was not a major issue as went away as quickly as it appeared.

Great location, great rooms, great pool.

My only complaint is that the air conditioning in the room I was in wasn’t very powerful - it took hours to cool down the room. I think in the peak of summer it may be preferable to have one of the rooms lower down (I was on the top floor), so it doesn’t get as hot. However, it was a minor complaint…and the pool is there if you need to cool off. 😁

Renovated and modern looking room, comfortable beds and overall clean. The pool area was nice and pretty convenient since there are limited options for a beach close by. There is a big free parking space

Room was smaller than it looked in the pictures, but no big deal. We were a group of 4 but were only given a single key-card which was a bit inconvenient. When asked for an extra, they told us it was not possible.

We stayed there at the beginning of the season so it wasn’t too busy and it was nice and quiet. On some days we almost had the pool to ourselves. Since we travelled with children we enjoyed that there was a smaller and shallower pool where the kids could play. The staff was extremely lovely and helpful. Many restaurants near by and never had a problem with parking.

The rooms are top quality, great big king size bed. Pool area was very nice and we pretty much had the hotel to ourselves as it was early in the season

Nothing really. Only downside was the bar wasn't open yet. But it was early in the season and not busy enough to keep a bar open. There's the option to use the restaurant next to the hotel was a perfectly good alternative

We were a bit afraid the rooms did not look as the pictures. We booked multiple rooms, but everything was even better than we had imagined before. It is a family hotel and the parents of Nikolas live in the same apartment block near the entrance. They always keep an eye out who is entering the facility. All the staff was very friendly and had a lot of hospitality. Pool was great and not too crowded. The stay at this place was great!

There were a lot of stairs to climb which was a struggle sometimes carrying a baby. However they have a lot of ground floor accomodation options which we could have booked, but we didn't. There was a car rental garage right next to the building which produced a lot of noise all day from the air compressor and high pressure washer. Only a few apartments hear the noise though, just bad luck.
