All staff helpful and friendly, breakfast was good with a some variety. All minor problems encountered resolved. ( booking.com description of room and views not correct).

Not enough sun loungers and people putting towels on beds to reserve, even though notices on tables stating, “ Do not put towels on beds to Reserve” and nothing was done. Glass door for toilet/shower not a good idea, going to toilet during the night and the light lights up the whole bedroom. Also deluxe room(329) overlooking Legends, patio doors not soundproof. Booked room with 1 double on Booking.Com website, but was 2 single beds pushed together. 2nd last day, all water went off for about hour in half to two hours in the morning, then no hot water in the evening for about 2 hours!!

The apartments 301 and 302 are new, the beds are very comfortable and clean, with black out contains , good bed sheets, good bathroom. all of the swimming pool are really nice. Good Breakfast! Location is very good! We loved the staff and the hotel.

The only negative point was the bad smell in the bathroom at the end of the day. I believe it was because everyone took a shower to sleep and then there was a bad smell coming from maybe the bathroom drain. we stayed in two rooms, in both rooms we had this situation. But it was not too bad. Some difficult to turn the air cond. on , but after a lot of times trying to turn it on, the air cond worked good.

The double ensuite room was fabulous - nice design and very comfortable. Great A/C and hands down the best mattress I have ever slept on! Nice pool bar with tasty food and fair prices, good breakfast. Staff very welcoming!

Noise coming from a carwash next door (water pumps or something), some nights a bit noisy from the neighboring hotels/restaurants. There wasn’t enough sunbeds for all - guests leaving their towels on them and not using the sunbeds for half the day. Argassi as an area was a bit disappointing - it is a busy little town without a proper beach or promenade.

Almost everything! Perfectly located. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Reception staff were very helpful at all hours of the day. Lovely pool.

View from the balcony was a shame. Mentioned it would be ‘Mountain View’ but all we could see were trees. Unfortunately, one event changed my opinion on our stay. I left some AirPods in the room at check-out and came back 30 minutes after to retrieve them, only to be told they weren’t in the room. Later, they had moved to another location. Strange as I am 100% sure they were in the room when I left.

We had such an amazing stay at this special Hotel. Everything was perfect (from the beginning until the end). The room had an incredible view and we felt so comfortable. They also prepared a thoughtful surprise for our 1st anniversary which we really appreciated it. A special thank you to Katerina, which we had the pleasure to meet in person and made our stay even better. Thank you to all staff as well, including the housekeeping, front desk and F&B team. We are very happy that we had our honeymoon in Katerina Palace. Thank you for very beautiful preparation of the apartment! It was a big surprise for us :). A clean and modern hotel with comfortable rooms. Each room has its own air conditioning, fridge and kettle included, and comfortable beds. Pool area is very relaxing with a bar serving drinks, food and ice creams. Breakfast had a good selection to choose from. Lots of restaurants, bard and little shops on your doorstep and a very short walk from the beach.

Staff are amazing! So helpful, polite and friendly. From the moment we checked in until we left we had yet again another amazing experience. Hotel was exceptionally clean. Pool area was always clean and being inspected, plenty of sun beds. Hotel is in an ideal location.

Breakfast selection was the same each morning, although was tasty and fresh. Breakfast room was frequently cleaned.

Clean, friendly staff, swim pool, lots of restaurants nearby. Each room has balcony. The hotel has modern design in interior. Taxi from hotel to city center 12 eu is a few mins away.

No bottle water in the room. Washroom water sink is too shallow, water is easy to splash.

Newly furnished clean rooms. Fast WiFi. Friendly staff. Nice bathroom. No noise from the pool outside.

I tried working in the lounge and Wifi would disconnect after a few hours and it just wouldn't work anymore, even if signal was very strong. A single thing I missed and wish was offered was single-use slippers. Many hotels offer them, and they make the stay so much more comfortable for a minimal expense. The safe box numbers pad was defective, numbers 1-3 wouldn't work.
