They gave us a complimentary upgrade and stayed a room with garden jacuzzi. That was one of the game changer of our wonderful holiday in Windmill Bay Hotel. The snack bar was very tasteful, serving best gyros in town and bartender Thanos was extremely helpful and thank him for his kindness and great bar talk. The location was perfect you can jump into the sea from the beach. There arr many restaurants and bars nearby but I drank the best coctail in restaurant’s bar. Staff was very helpful and everything was very clean. Breakfast had sufficient tastes but can be improved a little bit more.

We booked a Superior suite with Seaview and indoor jacuzzi and a superior double with sea view. The rooms were recently refurbished and very clean and modern with everything you would expect for a comfortable stay. The superior suite had 3 balconies and a jacuzzi. The view in the morning from bed was amazing, watched the sunrise over the sea a perfect view!! There were beach towels, dressing gown and slippers as well as complimentary toiletries. All mod cons like hairdryer, fridge, 2 tvs, safe and espresso machine. Prob if we knew this before packing we could have left quite a bit of stuff behind!

We had booked a sperate room for 2 teenagers. We were told they would be close but not next to us which was fine but in arrival they were at the opposite side of the hotel! Luckily the older one was just turned 16 but any younger would have been a concern. Everything else was perfect.. a few teething problems but to be expected after a recent refurb and the start of tourism season after 2 years!

Such friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was amazing- such choice and really fresh. Room was recently refurbished and had a super view of the sea. Short walk to restaurants with lots of choices.

A short bit from the airport and city centre on a quiet spot. Very sympathetic staff that did arrange trips on the island including one private tour from the hotel itself: friendly local guide showing lots of beautiful stops and amazing lunch restaurant. Spacious apartment with views of the pool and panorama of the sea on the other balcony. Excellent restaurant on the seaside with very pleasant atmosphere and personel. Lots of choice at the breakfast buffet.

Most staff were great! . Very accommodating, even when we asked to change rooms. Breakfast ladies were super friendly. Good rooms, spacious, modern, great shower, beds, lighting. The restaurant is very good. .

No gym The older man at reception after 10pm has no hosting or client service training. Breakfast is a bit limited compared to other hotels we have been to of this category. All cereals are sugary for example.

i travelled with my 89 year old mother and the staff were fantasic to make everything easier for her. staff were amazing and a big thankyou to them all our stay was wonderful. greek night was the highlight of our trip.

my only complaint was the bathrroom flooded with every shower which made it dangerous for my mum.

Everything! We had the most lovely 3 days at Windmill Bay and can’t complain about anything at all! The hotel is family ran and you can tell, everyone is so lovely and friend and helpful and it had such a nice atmosphere. The pool bar/restaurant served lovely food all day and breakfast was delicious too with plenty of choice. We had a junior suite with hot tub and the room was beautiful, we can’t wait to hopefully return one day. Thank you xx

Regarding the fact that we were with an 1 year old kid the hotel was perfect for us, we had restaurant with good food , bar, swiming pool for adults, another swiming pool for kids, water was perfect, the blond lady from cleaning was the most sweet person ever, also you should know that the bartender make some very special and tasty cocktails ( strawberry mohito was my favorite)❤

The parking spot doesn't have so many places....

The property was great, bed was very comfortable and the balcony was awesome. The breakfast had a lot of choice, and was great value. The property was also a short walk into town, which meant we didn't need to spend money on taxis in and out.

The pool was a bit crowded, with not enough seats. There was a separate section to the pool with some more seats, which did work well, however if you wanted to sit by the pool you had to go early to reserve. Also, in the rooms the sound was quite poor in terms of sound proofing. It was quite noisy with the restaurant, people walking by and the traffic.

We enjoyed the room with super sea view and private jacuzzi. We loved the relaxing atmosphere and the staff. I asked for advice where to go (we Saturday only for a weekend) and super nice lady from reception arranged for us the boat trip that was fantastic.

The only “minus” is the fact that hotel doesn’t have beach - you enter the sea directly from the stairs.
