Comfortable, clean, modern, great view! One of these cases where the pictures are for real and reality may even surpass the images. Couldn't get enough of that view! The staff are super helpful and friendly, always with a warm smile and there is daily housekeeping. I must really praise the staff for what they do for the customers and their giving nature. The included breakfast is varied and everything tastes good, so it's perfect even for long stays as you can eat something different every day. Vegans and vegetarians can also find something tasty. Loved the juices and fruit options as well as the self-service coffee machine with varied options, breakfast options include pancakes, do it yourself musli mix, eggs, omelette or bacon, sausages, baked tomatoes or fungi, sandwich options, yoghurt, homemade jam, cakes, fruit salad mix, freshly baked buns, you name it... seriously awesome breakfast. The restaurant outside of breakfast is a bit towards the pricey side, but I think you definitely pay for the location here and it is worth it! The nearest bus stop is 10min away, the nearest shop about 15min or less. And on the way you already have plenty of options for eating if you want to do so. Add 5 more minutes and you are in the center of Argasi with plenty of tavernas and shops. Note that buses are very unreliable in the area (and seems not just there), the only reliable ones are the ones from the beaches (Banana Beach, St. Nicholas beach) and they use almost the same stops as public buses(+/- 50m). I was looking for a place to relax and refresh and I found it! And if you do want to get in the buzz of things from Argasi, it is easy to walk there. In full season, the road may be a bit uncomfortable to walk, but during my stay there was not so much traffic. Overall had a very pleasant holiday and definitely not just the location but everyone there has contributed to it. Thank you once again!

A little noisy from the hallway in some evening/night (the doors of the rooms could use a bit of extra soundproof/windproof, but the other guests' behavior definitely had a contribution to that noise, as some nights were ok). Could be useful to have a separate light for the sink and a dimmer/separate second light for the bathroom, as at night it is way too bright to turn the light in the whole room on after you are used to the darkness or if someone sleeps. But the room's bright light is also a plus for other uses. So take this more like a suggestion than a dislike. Then for reading, there are separate nightlights and an ambient light behind the bed headrest which create a pretty nice ambiance.

Stunning view, beautiful pool area, comfortable sunbeds. The room was spacious, with daily room service and fresh towels provided. The staff were very attentive and friendly. They allowed us to relax by the pool after check-out, and there was a shower room which was great to freshen up before leaving to the airport; they even gave us clean towels although we'd already checked out. The location was set off the main 'strip' in town, so evenings were nice and quiet without any noise disturbing us.

Breakfast was hugely disappointing. Coffee was served from a very sad-looking machine with milk and beans sitting inside of it. If you wanted a freshly-made cappuccino, it was an extra €4 charge. The fresh nectarines were rock-hard and inedible, while the yoghurt was sour (so disappointing in Greece!) In the bathroom, there was a strong sewer smell and the towel hooks were half fallen off the walls. Thus, some small improvements to the property are needed for it to achieve more of a luxury feel.

Very nice place, the staff is extremely kind, helpful and responsive. The area is calm, close to some nice restaurants. The pool is epic with its view. The breakfast is various, delicious. The bed is big enough and very comfy.

The room is very small, with limited space to pack. The fridge could be bigger too.

The setting and views out across the bay to Zakynthos were outstanding. The staff were very helpful, courteous and professional at all times. The rooms were stylish and contemporary. All areas of the hotel were kept spotlessly clean.

It was late in the season and so a few of the nearest tavernas and restaurants had closed. This meant that we had to walk approx. 1 mile to the nearest available taverna. Obviously, this is no fault of the hotel. There were a few items no longer on the menu at the hotel restaurant, again due to the lateness in the season. The hotel is accessed via steep inclines from the main road at both the front and rear of the property. This might prove challenging for guests with mobility issues.

The hotel was really nice. The staff was super friendly, the room was cleaned spotless every day and the food and drinks were good (we had breakfast and lunch at the restaurant). The view was pretty, the pool was a good temperature. There was enough parking for every car. The location is good, we walked into Argassi a couple times for dinner and otherwise used a car (would recommend rentung one).

There was a problem with wasps in the hotel area. There were quite a lot of them and they did bother us. They got into our food at breakfast etc. We both got stung once during our stay of 7 days (while we were just laying on the sunbeds, not swatting at them or anything). Otherwise our stay was perfect, but especially if you’re allergic to wasps this is something to take into consideration.

We liked the room, service, location and flexibility. We got our room earlier than expected when we arrived. They had a lot of parking space (btw, you really need a car in Zakynthos). Pool area was very nice and clean and they gave us other towels for staying at the pool. Restaurant at the pool served a breakfast which was good and versatile enought - they also had lunch and drinks for affordable price. Everyone off the staff who served us during the week was great, nice and smiling!

There were too much bees on the restaurant on breakfast time and also on the pool area.

We really liked the hotel, and its location. It is on a hill with a breathtaking view. We were in a room facing the see and the pool - OMG, loved it. The room was clean and big enough, and had everything we needed. The pool was warm and very clean, with very comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas around it. There is a restaurant for lunch and dinner if you want to go. Also a bar where you can order a coffee, drink,etc..all day long. People in the hotel are very nice and would recommend good restaurants and place to go on the island. Overall we enjoyed our stay a lot.

The only thing i have a comment for is the breakfast, it was very, very basic, and the same everyday. The coffee machine - not good, so the coffee. For such i nice place i had higher expectations, but even though i would go back again as the rest was excellent. So I highly recommend.

My husband and I just came home after a 2 weeks-stay and we already miss the incredible views, the sound of the ocean, excellent breakfast, the nice pool and much more! Its restaurant is very good but there are also many other nice restaurants within 15 minutes-walk. There’s live music, mini golf in the neighborhood too. And there are some beautiful beaches such as Banana Beach within 15 minutes-drive. Thank you the whole team especially Yiota and ? at the reception! You two were SO helpful and friendly❣️ You made our vacation an unforgettable memory! We’d love to come back!

We stayed at this hotel for four nights, and everything was perfect. The room offered an amazing view and was impeccably clean. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. We celebrated my husband's birthday at the hotel's restaurant, and Katheria arranged everything perfectly before our arrival. I truly appreciate her efforts. The hotel is in a great location, situated in a lovely part of the island and within walking distance of charming cafes and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing location, with incredible view on the sea. Hotel is small therefore quite, intimite which is really important for me. Rooms are quite small but cosy, I highly recommend the one with the view on the sea and pool, specially on the ground floor where you get your own chairs, same as on the pool which is very convenient. Inside the room small coffe machine & kettle. Room was cleaned every day. Breakfast is tasty, with some room for improvment but having it outside with sea view every day is definitely an advantage.

Rooms are small therefore there is really small storage space, there is wardrobe but only with hangers, there is no space to keep other clothes, underwear or bikini. We kept them in random shelfs which I don't believe were dedicated for it. Coffe during breakfast is really poor, considering all other drinks and food. There is possibility to order coffe from real coffe machine, which is very tasty but unfortunately charged additionally. Personally I think at least 1 cappuccino/espresso/black coffe should be included in the breakfast for free.
