The property’s location was in the best spot, right by everything you need and a short few minutes walk down to the main road. The room was great as it had a separate kitchen area with fridge freezer and cooking facilities if needed- air con included in price is also great. The family who run the place are very friendly and helpful, we would recommend!

The only thing that we noticed was the pool was a little dirty at the bottom so could do with a clean, it wasn’t an issue for us though as we could shower outside after.

I booked at the last minute and was drawn in by the great price and location to where my parents were staying. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much given the budget, but I was genuinely impressed. It’s a charming, family-run spot with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Everything was clean and well looked after, and the location is fantastic-right in the heart of Argassi. A real gem for the price!

The property was very clean and comfortable, so is the surrounding area and the pool. Sun beds all ready available with shade. Karina the host is extremely friendly and helpful she runs a pool side restaurant. The food is lovely and reasonably priced. Shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush and paste, razors , even a sewing kit in an emergency. The restaurants are a few minutes walk supermarket just outside. Karina is a great host and got to meet her family to what pleasure . I definitely will be staying there again.

There was no hand wash in the poolside toilet.

Lovely family run studios, spotlessly clean and in a great location. Everything you need including a hairdryer and kettle also free Wifi and Air Con.. The room we had had a totally separate kitchen where you can close the door. Great view over the lovely pool area. Snack bar on site as well as a supermarket. Will definitely return here again - thankyou for a lovely stay :-)

Everything was amazing! We loved our studio, terrace was much bigger then we expected. We had a beautiful pool view :) The location was just perfect, next to the supermarket, rent a car is 10 meters away, bus stop 5 min walking! We loved it! :) and would def come back again.

We liked everything, but to be honest (don’t get me wrong, I will give you a friendly advice) if you are fat and you are considering this vila for your stay in Argasi, maybe you should avoid it. Why? Shower is really veeery narrow and small, like less than a m2. It was ok for us, but in general it is small.

Staff was very nice. Cleaning was excellent everyday. AC was working great. They changed the linens every 2-3 days. We ate excellent gyros there! Pool was also really great. Shops, entertainment places and beach is also really close! We can only recommend!

Furniture was a bit outdated but everything else compensated.

I really liked how clean and comfortable the room was. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect — close to everything I needed. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the cozy design of the place.

It was very clean. There were lovely touches, like shaving kits, toothbrushes, sewing kit. Little things that you may forget to bring. The staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and they were all very welcoming. It felt like you were visiting friends.

It was good value for money and suited my requirements - can't think of anything negative to say about my stay based on that.
