The rooms are very comfortable, and they clean them every day. The property is in a very good location, making it easy to reach almost any part of the island. It is close to a bakery as well as several tavernas. The host was very kind and helped us with every issue we had. The beds are large and very comfortable. There are parking spaces available. The property is set a bit back from the main road, so it is quiet at night.

The location of the apartment was perfect, just off the main road so it was quiet in the mornings - just the sound of the church bells on a Sunday morning. But close enough to the restaurants, beach bars and shops. The apartment was clean and had a lovely balcony to chill on in the evenings. The bed was really comfortable. They were really warm and inviting and nothing was too much - we even had a little visitor to play with in the evenings. Too cute. Thank you had a lovely time and would definitely stay again.

Very clean and all facilities you can need, Roza and Dimitri are very nice and helpful, they recommended us different things on the island, we were telling stories with them. Roza cleaned our room and changed the towels every day. The bed was very comfortable and pretty big and we had a terrace with a table and chairs that we used for breakfast. The accommodation was on Argassi, at walking distance from tavernas.

All was ok, the only thing that wasn't working well was the electric stove, they changed the first one that was in our kitchenette, which wasn't working at all, but the second one had some issues as well, it was interrupted continuously and it was a bit annoying to use it.

The bed was very comfortable, and the room was quiet and dark. Air Conditioning was free and nice and cold! Towels and sheets were changed every day around lunch time (whilst I was out), so I could enjoy sleeping in. There was adequate cutlery and crockery in the kitchen, as well as a kettle, sandwich toaster and plenty of cups and glasses. There was also a full-size iron and ironing board in the room, along with a free safe. There was plenty of lighting in all rooms, as well as several plug sockets and a desk with a large mirror. The terrace on the ground floor was a good size with a table and 2 chairs and a large umbrella; it overlooked a small but very pretty garden with a soothing water feature. The owners were very friendly and responded to any questions I had via booking.com; usually within the hour. The location was a few minutes walk from the nearest hotel, Peppermint, which was very nice, and just past that was a small supermarket and a lovely bakery, which did fresh sandwiches, pastries, bread and cream cakes etc... The nearest beach (with loungers) was about a 5-10 minute walk away. The livelier section of Argassi was about a 15 minute walk away, where there are lots of bars, restaurants and shops, as well as several supermarkets and places where you can sunbathe (Dimitrios Swimming Pool Bar / Restaurant (the best frappes and cheese and bacon omelettes), Waves and Skyfall, to name a few). These are all right next to the beach / sea, and close to Argassi Watersports where you can hire pedalos and jet skis or try parasailing or chartering your own small boat.

Everything perfect, rooms equipped with everything you need for a holiday by the sea, excellent cleanliness with daily towel change. the bathroom is equipped with a shower stall that usually is not easy to find here. The location is top as it is located near the centre of argassi but in a quiet side street. An additional value are Dimitri and Roza who made us feel like at home. They were super helpful, helping us with car rental, advice on beaches to visit and restaurants. Thank you so much for making our holiday on this island special.

Our room was exquisite! Super clean, with a balcony viewing a beautiful garden. The location of the hotel was also great, far from the noise of the main road and only 10min drive to Zakynthos town. Supermarkets, bakery and restaurants within walking distance. The host was super friendly and suggested great places for swimming and eating! In addition, on an afternoon of sudden rain showers, he gave us a clothes drying rack, in order to dry our swimming suits and towels!

The property had everything we needed and more. Roza and Dimitry were excellent hosts and very helpful. We had fresh towels every day, parking was always available, great shower and bathroom, huge bed and lovely balcony to sit out on. We were even offered an umbrella to use at the beach and when we arrived there was water waiting in the fridge. I would definitely stay here again!

The location is externally simple, even if it has a beautiful historic tree in front of it, but inside the rooms are really very well structured. Every day the room, conditioned very well, is cleaned in its entirety and the towels are changed. The bathroom is optimally sized and well laid out. The location of the structure is good because it allows you to be in a very busy centre, but away from the noise of passing cars; it is close to Zakynthos and there are numerous Rent a Car facilities. We enjoyed the proximity to the beaches in the south-east of Zakynthos which are nothing short of wonderful: above all we preferred San Nikolaos, after the beautiful and well-known Banana Beach. There are many places where you can eat well and with a quality/price ratio that is really difficult to find in other parts of Europe. Last but not least, we would like to dedicate a few words to Dimitri and Roza, who were simply wonderful: their care for our problems; their attentions to the smallest details; their constant presence, have transformed a beautiful holiday into a wonderful experience! Thank you with all my heart!!!

Having finished the holiday and had to say goodbye to our friends Dimitri and Roza. We highly recommend this establishment!

Very friendly team, even offered to pick us up from Zakynthos town when there was a festival on that made getting taxi's difficult. Apartment was cleaned every day and the location is great for exploring.

TV didn't work, but we were outside enjoying the amazing scenery of the island so it didn't matter.
