Very good hotel, quality service and varied food (breakfast). Friendly staff, daily apartment maintenance. Nice and quality decorated rooms. I recommend apartment 601, which provides complete comfort and privacy, with direct access to the pool. 10 free parking spaces are available for hotel guests.

Nothing bothered us at the hotel, we have no complaints. But what bothered us in general on the whole of Zakynthos and has nothing to do with the hotel is the salty tap water on the whole island.

Our stay at Papillon Hotel was absolutely perfect. The hotel is just a short walk away from excellent restaurants, mini markets, and shops. The staff cleaned our room every day and provided fresh towels. We truly lost track of time and days during our stay, feeling completely relaxed. Meggy and Nikos were incredibly helpful and always available when we needed assistance. I would definitely return to Papillon Hotel.

The room was nice, clean, pool was nice, a lot pf sunbeds next to the pool. I’ve appreciated the staff was coming daily to change the towels, clean everything in the room, arrange the bed. The area around the hotel was nice, full of different restaurants.

Breakfast was made out of few stuff. Usually in Greece breakfast is very good, but this time we’ve been disappointed. Didn’t expect in Greece not to have at all at least the: olives, olive oil, feta cheese… After straggling few days with “breakfastl, we realized there are places around like “brunch and coffee” where we’ve had amazing food and coffee.

Ideal hotel with a good location, large and clean rooms, a good area :) near the pool there were always free sunbeds, very friendly staff, we were at the hotel for 7 days and were very pleased! We will definitely visit this hotel again if we are on holiday in Zakynthos.

Everything was perfect

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The rooms are big and when you close the window is quiet. I was very impressed that every single day the room was cleaned and feels like somebody takes care of you. The location is very good, is in the middle of Argassi and you are very close to the beach, supermarket and restaurants. If you want to relax at the hotel you have the pool which is very clean and the temperature is perfect.

It was difficult to connect to Wi-Fi, not always was working and the breakfast could include more dishes.

The hotel is beautiful, staff are very hard working and very clean. Dennis at the pool bar works exceptionally hard and always greets with a smile.

The only thing I disliked was the shower facilities guests can use near the reception area after checking out if you're on a later flight. The facilities themselves are fine, but they really need a lock on the door. There is a toilet next door for guests to use by the outside door to this room, and the shower room itself does not have a lock. That is my only criticism of this otherwise beautiful hotel.

Location, central to the restaurants and bars. Pool was a nice size, and Solesea was a great addition, spent most days there.

Maybe a few more items on the snack menu, but overall I can’t complain

The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. There were many restaurant selections around. There was parking area in the hotel, it was with limited spaces but sufficient during our stay.

The hotel location is at the most crowded area of the Argassi.

We had a great stay at Papillon. The room was very comfortable, the pool really nice and never crowded with plenty of sunbeds, breakfast was fabulous. Staff was very nice and helpful. Despite being very close to the main road, it was perfectly quiet at night, so we were able to sleep soundly.
