Ok…so I don’t know where to start from…but I ve choose these hotel thanks to it’s reviews so if you the person scrolling looking for a perfect holiday for you and you family just stop here…I have no word to say how clean and how great the staff were at this hotels….I could say that the breakfast coould still be changed though,,,but lets come back to the staff,,,most of them were too kind here I could like to name of of the most remarkable kind one from the breakfast is Arsid,,,,he is a great achievement to this hotel as with his calm and kindness makes a good start of the day!!!the girls from the reception and from Spa also great!!!but I am telling you honestly….this hotel deserves 10/10!!! Also I want to thank you again for the surprise on the area with upgraded rooms!!!Contessina Hotel you will be forever on our mind!!!thank you for the great memories!!!!

The hotel looks simply stunning with the multiple stunning pools and overhanging plants. The staff were extremely helpful, organised a transfer to pick us up and were welcoming when we arrived, happily taking our luggage to our room. The room itself (suite with shared pool) was very large and grand. I especially liked that it had its own lounge section inside and a sunbed and bench outside the room next to the shared pool. The shower was very large and had perfect water pressure and heat. They also provided robes and slippers which were a nice touch. The bed was very comfortable but was two doubles put together. There is a hotel app you can download where you can order your drinks etc from which was a nice touch. The buffet restaurant was nice and had a good variety of breakfast options and even a dedicated omelette maker! The spa was good, it had a sauna, steam room and a gym. We did do some treatments but honestly speaking although the staff were excellent the Cretan massage was overpriced. Spending the day by the pools for a few days was amazing, definitely one of the best hotels we have experienced.

The gym was quite small and relies on guests to use the towels and provided wipes to clean the equipment but we experienced a few guests sweat all over the benches for example and leave without using a wipe or towel so there was sweat residue the next day. Of course this is likely isolated and not the staffs fault. The room was grand but I think the double beds detracted from the grandness of the room. If there was a king or super king this room stay would have been magnificent.

The hotel seemed new and everything felt well preserved. Everything was super aesthetic and comfortable and we really enjoyed staying at the hotel. Service was amazing and staff was super helpful at all times. One of the best hotels, I’ve stayed at for sure

The gym was a bit small and got crowded very easily. A couple of days kids were taking up most of the space, despite not being allowed at the gym. Also, not the properties fault but people left towels by the pool early in the morning and you had to be quick to get a spot. Would have loved if there was a better way for them to keep up with the hotel policies

Absolutely fantastic family stay in Contessina hotel Myself and my husband picked this hotel for our vacations We were joined by my mum and my 3 years old daughter who absolutely loved kids club (thanks to Cynthia,Maria and Pinja)The girls were absolutely amazing making sure daily that my daughter has something different to do.She couldn’t wait to go there every morning Staff was absolutely fantastic always greeting you in and outside of the hotel Thanks to Christina from the reception team for arranging our transportation and for the warmest welcome when we arrived to the hotel Hotel is extremely clean you literally constantly see somone cleaning common areas Localisation of the hotel is also great close to the main touristic road (filled with shops and restaurants ) and within the walking distance to the beach We can’t wait to visit you guys again !

Everything! I couldn't ask for more.

Nothing ... everything was perfect from start to finish.

I loved the architecture, the fact that all their buildings were covered with lots of green plants. I loved their beautiful large pools with perfect blue water. I was impressed by the nice combination of materials they used in their buildings and decorations. Contessina Hotel looks good from any angle, and that is why you will find here a lot of influencers. I also liked the staff, especially I want to send a bit thanks to Vasilis ( the front office manager) and to Christina (the receptionist), they were welcoming and attentive to us, they pampered us and thanks to them we had an unforgettable vacation. I liked our room with private garden and pool. We settled in room 414 with garden and private pool. The room impressed us from the first sight: it was very spacious, it looks more like an apartment. The matrimonial bed was very large and really comfortable. The bathroom was impeccable, the shower had fresh water and had a strong jet (a rarity in Zakynthos). The furniture and decorations were new and modern. The TV was big and had many programs. The second room had two sofas that could be also used as beds and a table where you can have a snack. The terrace by the pool had another table with two chairs, perfect for drinking your morning coffee. The pool was beautiful, very clean and inviting. We took a lot of pictures and movies in the pool. The garden had a double sofa with a table and two deckchairs where we could enjoy the sun all day long and look at the star during the night. There was also a large sun umbrella that can be opened whenever needed. Behind our garden there was a nice playground for kids with a mini cinema. We watched some movies there and had lots of fun. We also had access at Contessina Suites where we loved the Spa and the bar close to the swimming pools. The beach was very close tp us, we were going to MAKAI bar very often.

- No direct sea view from our room. - The water from our private pool was a bit cold.

We traveled with our friends. The staff didn't know that we were together on the trip and due to overbooking our friends got an upgrade to stay at their suites (100m from the hotel where we were originally staying). As we arrived they saw that we came together and they sorted everything out so that we all stayed at the same place as planned. The staff in both hotels was very kind and helpful with everything. We would definitely recommend the hotel and the suites&spa to our family and friends and will visit it some day in the future. Thank you for making our stay at your facilities so lovely.

That it was over too soon.

The hotel is spotless clean, the breakfast was healthy and diverse, the double room was spacious and comfortable. We liked the small piece of sweets we were finding every afternoon in the room :-)

That the beach was not really close, sometimes the 10-12 minutes walking in the burning sun was exhausting. We didn't even try the pool, we were in Greece for the sea and for the beaches :) Also two of the rooms, the triple ones, Supreme Suite, were supposed to have two separate spaces, as per description, but they had just 3 beds in one single room. We were told the description will be updated.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Contessina Hotel. The staff was exceptionally kind and attentive, providing excellent service both in our room and throughout the hotel. They have surprised us with an upgraded room. Everything in the hotel was impeccably clean. Using their app, we could easily place orders by the pool or request anything we needed for our room. They also offered massage services, which were incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. Throughout our stay, we received delightful surprises that made our experience even more special. The breakfast was very plentiful, offering a wide variety of delicious options. We also greatly enjoyed the Sushi Bar and the Verdema Restaurant as well. This place in Tsilivi comes highly recommended!

Everything! Just amazing service throughout every part of the hotel. I’ve travelled extensively abroad both for leisure & business probably over 250 times, this was our 2nd visit to Contessina and this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at. I can’t be any clearer!! Spotless everywhere Excellent breakfast Amazing, attentive, happy staff Great pool & pool area I could go on & on………

Nothing. The one smallest thing is that there were no USB charging points in the room, & WiFi wasn’t always 100%. But just look at the positives!!!
