The room service was exceptional, everything was lovely, clean towels everything was clean, sanitary, coming back to a fresh room with new towels and everything in order after a long day of tourist activities really makes your holiday a lot nicer. The pools were lovely, clean, no complaints. Exceptional hotel, location was amazing, everything you could need, food, tourist shops, supermarkets, car and arv rentals, boat cruises, all within a short walk of the hotel, just down the main road. Even the room cleaners were very polite and smiley, everything was new, perfect, 0 complaints. The breakfast wasn’t anything special, but I’m not much of a breakfast person anyways. If you’re coming to Zakinthos, this hotel is perfect, couples, families, lads trips, I think it’s amazing and definitely worth the money.

Location of the hotel is excellent, it is right at the main road of Tsilivi, where you can reach shops and restaurants.. The rooms are clean and spacious, the cleaning ladies clean every day. They are kind and helpful. There are 3 pools, including one for kids.

Weird, but small thing, that some bathrooms can be locked from outside :) and the handle of the shower cabin was also put on the outside of the cabin doors. The breakfast is quite dull, beyond eggs there is no big choice if you don't want to eat sweet. I missed the good quality ham and selection of cheese. The pool closes at 6 pm (why???).

Good location. Clean, large, modern room. Excellent air conditioning. Good breakfast. Very nice reception area. Adequate sunbeds and space around the pools. George was super and demonstrated outstanding customer service. Given a complimentary meal card, which was a nice gesture.

Different pools to choose from. Staff at the pool very kind. Cocktails for all-in guests were okay, but Mojito was missing in my opinion. Buffet was wonderfull, always hot food. I would have liked some more greece dishes because some days it was only western food. Rooms were always cleaned very good.

We asked reception to book us a taxi to the airport but the taxi never came. Not sure if they forgot or if it was the taxi company's fault, but this gave us a lot of stress. We had to find another taxi and we almost missed our flight. This was not a nice experience. In general, the facilities were very good. But the toilet/shower in the underground fitness room was dirty. There is a clear moisture problem there. Not nice to be there.

The hotel was excellent. The staff being very kind and helpful. the mattress was super comfortable which to me was the most important thing of all and the rooms clean. The breakfast was very good with a good variety.

Although the rooms were newly refurbished and they were good, the wardrobe was not the best especially that the room was quite spacious. There were no drawers whatsoever and only one shelf. The mirror was placed too high on the wall, one could not sit to do makeup on the desk for example . They could use putting a few prongs to hang towels or other items of clothing. The toilet paper holder was far from the toilet seat in one of the rooms.

Staff was great in the entire hotel. Reception staff made us feel welcome from the time we arrived. We got the exact rooms that we requested. Cleaning staff always did a great job considering we always get a lot of sand in the room whenever we go to the beach. Breakfast was great, with good wariety. Honestly I think there was something for everyone. Room was very large with a nice balcony facing the pool area.

Maybe the mattress was a bit too soft for me. Also there was a pool party one night and was difficult to put a one year old to bed :). But that ended at 23:00, so I can't complain too much. But this is just me nit-picking at this point.

A very nice hotel with 3 swimming pools about 10 minutes from the beach in Tsilivi. Clean, rooms cleaned every day, very good air conditioning on hot days. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Peaceful, I recommend it for families with children, a separate swimming pool for children.

Close to the beach, nice breakfast with many options to choose from. Property is nice from outside areas including lobby, restaurants, pools but rooms are not 4 stars. Maybe 3, old furniture but clean.

I asked for an iron to the reception 3 times and they told me that all are given to other guests. Ok I understood that some people are using it but I asked in different days and it was not provided. Brunette lady from reception was very nice and trying to help with everything. Blonde lady was rude, rolling eyes, not professional at all.

In general I can’t really fault the hotel, we had a fantastic holiday for 7 days. Upon on our arrival receptionist staff was very helpful, polite and welcoming. The room looked exactly as in the picture. In general the hotel was clean however there is room for improvement. Cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful, when asked for extra soap or new towels it never seemed to be a problem which is great. We had all inclusive package, therefore ended up eating at the hotel every day. There was a large variety of foods to choose from. Some are tasting great and other dishes not so much but I guess it comes to taste preference. Food was fresh. Restaurant staff were all very friendly, welcoming NHC and polite. The only unhappy staff member appeared to be hotel front of house manager!! Who don’t really have people skills or know how to make someone feel welcomed, especially when for 7 days you pay nearly £2000 pounds. Apart from that everything else was great.

Breakfast was super with a great selection. Our family suite in the newer building C was very comfortable with two rooms separated by a glass section. Individual silent air-condiotioners and TV'sets in each of the two room. The pools were also great. The beach was very good but to get to the best part of it it's roughly a 15 min walk from the hotel.
