I cannot thank enough the Belussi Hotel’s owners and staff. The hotel has an excellent accommodation, the chambermaids let the room sparkling clean every single day. And what about the food? I could write a whole chapter about the food only. You can see Chef is very talented. And it is much more than excellent. It’s extremely delicious. Every breakfast and dinner has different meals, sweets…omg..plenty of salads. I am surely weighing 5 more kilos now. I cannot recommend more Belussi Hotels. Drinks offered are delicious, swimming pool is also sparkling clean. Beachfront is wonderful and relaxing…there’s no bad points on staying here. Renting a car is very handful to go to the best beaches on the island.

Everything was amazing

My friend and I stayed here for 4 nights and 5 days, and we were truly impressed by the exceptional hospitality and warm welcome we received from Dionisis, his wife, and their daughter. They went out of their way to make us feel at home and kindly offered guidance on the best places to visit around the island, which made our experience even more memorable. Although it was not the tourist season, Chef Billy prepared a variety of exceptional breakfasts for us each day and even asked for our preferences when it came to the breakfast menu. We were treated to a delightful platter that included pastries, fresh fruit, cheeses, Greek yoghurt with nuts and syrups, as well as a different style of cooked eggs each morning. Will be staying at this place again!

The only minor issue we encountered was with the hot water — at certain times of the day, there was a brief wait for it to heat up during showers. However, we raised this with the property owner and it was resolved promptly.

We stayed in the apartment with the pool and it was a lovely spot. The pool is great and the apartment was very clean. We rented a car to get around which was necessary because the location is quite remote, but that was what we wanted. It's a nice, quiet location.

While the pool was lovely, it's north facing which means it's only in the sun in the morning and is in the shade for most of the day, but you do have a lovely view of the sea. The main hotel area has another pool and sun loungers so you can still relax there if you wanted to so it's not a big deal. It would be nice to have a private lounging section or something like that up by the apartments but it's still lovely the way it is.

- The room was bright, spacious, and had a small balcony, making it a comfortable place to relax. - The pool and beach area were excellent—never too crowded, and food and drink service was available by the pool. - The nearby local supermarket was convenient for buying drinks and snacks, and the room's fridge was useful for keeping things cool. - We discovered an excellent fish restaurant a short walk along the beach, perfect for enjoying a meal while watching the sunset. - Breakfast was very good, with plenty of fresh salad and fruit, along with daily specials like crepes, waffles, sausages, and bruschetta. The coffee machine was also a plus. - The breakfast room had air conditioning and offered panoramic views over the pool and sea, providing a lovely setting to start the day. - The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

- The furniture in the room was quite basic, though it served its purpose. - The shower cubicle being located in the actual bedroom rather than in a separate bathroom was a bit unusual, although it didn't cause any major issues for us. - There wasn't much to do in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, so we would strongly recommend hiring a car to explore the area more fully.

Nice staff, nice breakfast. Accessible pirate rocky beach. (Not the fanciest looking, but very decent.) Mini fridge for cooling drinks. Decent room size. Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Free parking option. Friendly cats. Bar is open till late night. You can lay on sunbeds late, enjoying sundown and even afterwards.

Fridge was sometimes noisy. Sometimes it took a lot of time for the AC to cool down the room. (Hours on arrival day.) Shower area got always very steamy and hot when used, making toilet usage less fun. I prefer having more keys to a room (key per person). Belussi Beach has several building, so pictures can be somewhat misleading what you get for the money. It is a more quiet hotel which is nice, but also with less wibe. However you can hear neighbour noises, like you do everywhere. There could be gluten free options highlighted at breakfast, however I feel like I only would have needed to bother asking.

We had a great time in Belussi Beach hotel with my family. The best was its close location to the sea and amazing swiming pool. Rooms were cleaned every day, food was very delicious- on breakfast, you have many opportunities what to choose and for dinner they served you portions like sea food, main course with meat, aperitives, salads. Staff was very nice, we felt very welcomed there- hotel managers were always there to help us with our request about island trips, car rentals or transfer. We definitelly recommend this hotel for holidays, hope we’ll visit Belussi again soon.

The pace is nice, clean and peaceful. The hotel beach is nearly perfect and almost empty during our vacation period. The food is fresh and delicious. Communication with the owners is easy going and effective. There is a very good massage chair in the lobby. I would definitely recommend this place.

There is no hotel Shuttle. A Taxi should be requested to reach the hotel (for those who do not use rental car). Booking.com should correct their description. When we booked the hotel it was stated that there is a free Shuttle to the hotel.

The accommodation is a well run family hotel. The team are excellent in making you feel welcome from the point of arrival to the moment of leaving the premises. They are available throughout the day/evening for any questions. Wonderful communication and support in ordering taxi, restaurant ideas and booking trips to explore the other areas of the island. The restaurant and bar staff (special mention to Vasili and Antonio) are very attentive, punctual with their services, friendly and all in all very professional. I will recommend this hotel and would definitely consider staying there again should I visit that area of Zakynthos.

The location of the hotel is a distance away from the main Zakynthos town which meant that getting around required booking taxis (to and from). There is an option to take the bus but this runs only four times per day at some sparse times. - Some kind of entertainment at the hotel in the evening (nothing too noisy for those who prefer to have a nice evening at the hotel bar) would have been a welcomed addition and icing on the cake.

Family owned hotel by a lovely couple that ensures everything is perfect and that took good care of us; we were treated amazingly well right since our arrival. Superb breakfast, great food, super-clean and well maintained rooms and facilities. Just the perfect place for a perfect vacation! Many, many thanks; a place to recommend and sure one to come back again.

very friendly staff and excellent food for dinner. This place is a bit away from the crowded touristy places. You would need a taxi (around 20Euros) or a bus. Regular public bus service, except for weekends. Hotel staff was super helpful in arranging tours around the islands, which came at a very good price. Dinners were the highlight. Every day chef prepares something special for the night. Private beach and nice swimming pool.
