The place is great, well located and close to everything you need for a relaxing holiday. But what really stood out were the amazing hosts: warm, friendly, and always ready to help or quickly fix anything that came up. We truly felt welcome! Our cottage was spacious, had air conditioning in every room, and there was always hot water available – definitely a big plus.

Some small improvements could make the experience even better: the kitchen utensils need to be renewed, and the taps could use some maintenance or replacement. Also, a bit more privacy between cottages would be appreciated. In our case, our cottage was close to the reception area, and sometimes we could hear the conversations happening there, which slightly affected the quiet atmosphere.

The nature and peace that this place offers is a gem. You have a crystal clear water just 2 minutes walking from your house. At night, you can watch the stars from your patio. You walk through olive trees to reach your house. There are cute cats walking around in your garden 😻 It was perfect and very peaceful. We loved the owners, they were very friendly and sincere. We even got a present from Kiki to make us remember them and our holiday all our lives! Really felt like home 😍

The furnishing, kitchen cabinets and oven was a bit old. We didn’t use them so no problem for us, but some may not like it.

The host, Nikos, was amazing, welcoming us to handle the keys and also recommending us a local car rental friend of him, which delivered the car to us at the accommodation. We had the company of lovely cats, a gorgeous view to the see right from our terrace. We also loved how silent and quiet is the area. You only hear the sea and birds. Plenty parking area at the villa.

The water pressure and temperature in the shower, but that's far from being a problem when you don't need more than just lukewarm water. Just pointing something that might be important for other guests.

Lovely house, very quiet and peaceful place. It was cleaned every day. The view is incredible. You hear and see the sea, feel the sea and the calm all the time. The garden - huge and very pleasant and well maintained. The owners of the house - Kiki and Nikos - whatever I write about them - I will not be able to express all the superlatives about them. It's great for kids. For people who want peace of mind - unique. For fishing lovers - an opportunity to enjoy their hobby 5 minutes walk from the house - a small port, but with big fish :)

We had really good time there. Nikos had been communicating with us before arrival and answer all question, when we got there he was very welcoming, showing us around. We also meet his mom, she was really nice to come just great us and wish us nice stay. Villa looks how described and looks as on pictures. All place was very quiet so if you are looking for place when to starts and end day in “peace” I can only recommend it.

I would just suggested to change sun beds, there are a bit out dated and sofa in villas is really uncomfortable if you would sleep on it.

The view is stunning. The house is comfortable and fairing well equipped. There are lots of cats around and they are very friendly (well, that’s good if you like cats, like me).

The veranda’s furniture has seen better days, and the cooker and shower have not been cleaned in a while. The main shower head was almost completely blocked and we could only use the small hand shower one. Shame. Electrics were a bit faulty as well and we could not use two of the oven / AC / hot water combination at the same time (power cut twice). Everything else was ok.

Everything was just perfect! The villa, the beach, the place are all amazing. If you want parties, loud music and stuff like that, just don't go there! If you want nice relaxing atmosphere and a peaceful and quiet holiday, this is the place. If I ever go back to Zakynthos, I won't go anywhere else. Last but not least, a BIG thank you to the owner and to his lovely family!

This accomodation is high above standard. Very authentic, beautiful, right on the seaside. The apartment has a lot of space, and very stylish rustic furniture. The host family is soooo friendly, the host is always available by phone and is at the guests' disposal to answer any questions.

It's one of those accommodations where you don't even know what to write. From the first moment communication very pleasant, helpful. After arriving to a place of peace without rusiveho noise to a family environment with cozy villas where you will find everything you need. In the morning you open the window and in an instant you have in front of you what you came for the holiday. Peace, sun, sea and a few steps ahead your almost private beach. It suits everyone a little differently, for us with two small children the entrance through the pebbles which after 2 meters is replaced by clean sand. Thus we are still on the sand in the water but we go to the villa without sand on our feet. Beautiful accommodation with high ceilings with stones, air-conditioned both rooms, amenities which do not need anything more. At least not for us. The kindness and helpfulness of the owners' family was an example of how services should be done and why we are human beings. A wonderful time, during which you don't need anything more. Restaurants by peso or by car depending on what one wants and prefers. Here you have the feeling that suddenly it all belongs to you, that you live "at home" and the sea with the salary is yours. You are not disturbed by the excessive tourism and the multitude of roaming people, only by the sound of the omnipresent cicadas. We have traveled enough, stayed enough and this accommodation is one of the best we have had the opportunity to experience and not because of the atmosphere and the people.

The sea view in the morning was amazing.Privacy and quietness was a big plus.It was very clean and the host Kiki was our favorite.Our child was very found of her and the little kittens she had.It just felt right and like home.Thank you for a wonderful stay.All the best!!!
