The atmosphere and ambience was great, most of the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast choices was endless

Although check I was 3pm you were facilitated by having access to the amenities of the resort, however, the front desk kept telling you come back at a specific time and they still were not ready, instead people should be told to come back at three. The receptionist had the audacity to say the process starts at 3 in a condescending tone and my money was taken out way before and mind you this was after 3pm.

Breakfast was good.

Breakfast could have been better by including more local cuisine, keeping the international breakfast section fresh and hot( pancakes, waffles were always cold.. Most of the meals for lunch/dinner was very salty.

The property was easy to located, from the staff in the main lobby to the staff at the diamond club checkin all staff were professional and customer service was impeccable. From checkin operative Bertrand to our butlers Jermisha who was being shadowed by Isaiah to our waiter and waitress at the Grazie Donisha and Shaquile. All these individuals had contributed to an unforgettable stay for our 1 year anniversary. Stand out customer service from both Jermisha and Shaquille who went above and beyond to ensure we didn’t want for anything during our short stay at the Royalton Diamond Club Grenada.

No negatives except we had a Royalton photographer take photos on the Wednesday 7th May said he would send the pdf file to my email and it was never received.

Stunning room with a beautiful sea view. The staff are incredibly hard-working and go above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay. Nothing is too much to ask of them. The entertainment is of the highest standard we have experienced and there is a lot of variety throughout the week. Food was of a good standard and choice of three restaurants meant there was ample variety - we particularly enjoyed the Italian restaurant on the terrace called Grazie. My partner is gluten-free and here they really went above and beyond to provide options for her - so much so that we ate there three nights in a row. Restaurants and other activities can be booked through the app which makes everything so much quicker and easier than we have experienced at other all-inclusive resorts in the past. We went on one hotel-led excursion which was very well organised and allowed us to see much more of what is a truly beautiful island.

Only criticism would be that slightly more could be done to accommodate dietary requirements. There were no gluten-free cakes or desserts available during our stay other than ice cream. There were always options for the main meal itself though, so really not that big of a deal at all and it certainly wouldn't put us off returning to what is a stunning hotel.

This is my second stay at Royalton Grenada.For folks looking for a luxury all-inclusive respite, this isn’t your spot. However, if you want a lovely, not-too-many frills place to relax on a beautiful stretch of beach and nice pools, friendly and helpful staff, and nice guests and atmosphere, this is wonderful value. I myself am not a fan of the restaurants, but the buffet—and I’m not a buffet fan usually, offers a rotating selection of really fresh, tasty, & if you want it healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I’ll return for sure! Oh—also good yoga classes with Kristin, the fitness instructor!!

The quality of the restaurant food, wait once food is ordered, and” limited number of reservations, is problematic.. Fixing this would be a huge bonus for the resort.

The staff was friendly and amenities were excellent.

At the buffet restaurant, the food was great, however they should do more to control the amount of flies that are around the food.

Overall, my experience at Royalton Grenada was good, with a mix of positives and a few challenges. The resort is the largest on the island, which comes with both benefits and drawbacks. While it offers extensive entertainment and plenty of activities to enjoy, the size also means certain areas get quite busy. One of the main downsides is the lack of sunbeds by the beach, as guests tend to reserve them early in the morning, making it difficult to find one later in the day. Additionally, during peak hours like breakfast, the hotel struggles to keep up with the number of guests, leading to slow service. Dinner reservations also need to be made well in advance to secure a table at the à la carte restaurants. That said, the Indian and Italian restaurants stand out as the best dining options on the property. The staff are service-minded and friendly, though service can be a bit slow at times. Despite these minor inconveniences, Royalton Grenada remains a great choice for those looking for a lively resort with plenty of entertainment and activities.

The beach, most of the staff were friendly.

Not having 2 double beds as I reserved. Restaurants didn't open until 12:30 for lunch, 12 would be handy.

I love the bedroom especially the bed. It was so comfy. I love the service, special mention to the employees at Nibbles Restaurant. Also the food at Taj restaurant was amazing. It's so lovely to engage in another cuisine. Additionally, I love the 24 hr room service. This service was very efficient. My son loved the Kids club that he asked one of the drivers to go with him to collect his food by Nibbles and he returned to Kids Club. He said, " mom it was awesome and I can't wait to come back". Most importantly the staff was very polite, helpful and friendly. We will be back.

This was my 2nd time spending my birthday at Royalton. I was expecting a bottle of wine/champagne chilling in ice. Also, a complimentary spa such as a massage could have been given as a birthday treat.

While not as extensive in activities, entertainment and cuisine as other Royalton sister resorts, I had an exceptional stay here over the December Holidays. Majority of the staff was really welcoming and helpful - even above expectation (Simon, Saskia, Jennifer, Omega, Nicole, Britney, Whitney, John, Alisha, Alodie, Siobhan, Teresa/Tarissa, Princess and of course, Victor) - which covered up some of the less than top notch service in food and beverage. I enjoyed the blend of Afro and Latin cultural aspects of the entertainment and the nightly parties. The beach experience was exquisite although the seabed is a bit rocky and the waves were quite energetic. The property is a lovely blend of eco-diversity and infrastructure which makes it quite scenic.

The food was often overcooked for a more discerning palate and was often an underwhelming imitation of non-indigenous cuisine. The local food was all right but still lacked robust seasoning with some dishes. Thankfully, there was a variety of dishes for selection so that there was bulk. Italian restaurant was ehhhh!
