Beautiful gardens, amazing plants and trees and very well kept, particularly stunning in the evening with the singing frogs! Within easy walking distance from beach and shops, quiet location, nice views from our balcony, very friendly and super helpful staff. Nice swimming pool and sun beds, usually very quiet. We had only booked for the first 8 nights as the accommodation was fully booked online but they got a cancellation and we extended our stay here! ( we were still able to cancel our other accommodation). Apartments are well equipped, we ate in every other night. Quite a few nice restaurants by the beach within walking distance. Umbrella’s is great!! (Get there a bit early or expect to queue a bit). All in all fantastic stay at BH!

In fact, only one small thing: we had a connecting door in our first apartment to another one, which does mean you hear your neighbors a bit; BH was very friendly and able to move us to another appartment w/o connecting door.

This is located not in front of the beach, but some roads from it, on a hil. You are still in walking distance and you can also walk to the mall nearby including a good supermarket. That makes your life easier. The property has several units and they are located throughout the hill and so expect walking, stairs and very beautiful trees. The name garden is really there for a reason! The rooms are very nice, with a sitting room, a balcony, a kitchnette and the bed room. No big walls, but there is still a physical separation. WC is good and clean. The AC is noisy and must be set in silent mode. A fan is also provided. Wifi is of very good quality throughout the property

Definitely the AC, it is too noisy in normal mode. A microwave would also be good and more economical in terms of electricity, but the oven is excellent!

Blue Horizons is wonderful - the location (close to Grand Anse) is perfect, and walking distance to a supermarket and restaurants. The staff were exceptional - from the very warm welcome, housekeeping and the bar staff, everyone was warm, friendly and super helpful. The rooms are great, clean, well proportioned, and importantly nice and cool. As for the hotel grounds, they are just beautiful. Even in the middle of dry season the gardens were immaculate - such a lovely setting for a holiday in Grenada.

The staff were so welcoming, patient (I had many questions about what to check out during my stay), helpful and gracious. The room was spacious and private and only a short walk from Grand Anse beach and grocery store. The food was absolutely delicious and well worth the wait to prepare it. 5 gold stars!

As a vegetarian, I at first thought I wouldn't be able to eat much at the Resort when I saw the menu. However, the staff was very kind and helped me navigate. All of the daily soups were delicious, the Callaloo creamy and flavorful, and the off-the-menu special (the veggie roti) a personal fav.

Great location, easy to find and in a nice area. Super quiet resort that was easy to settle into. Staff all of them were extremely helpful and nice to chat with, I really enjoyed everyone I encountered. I had a minor maintenance issue and someone was there to attend to it in just a few minutes. Extreme attention to detail in maintaining the beauty of the property. Room was spacious and loved my view. It was a lot of stairs up but the view was so worth it. The room was very quiet and private with the entrance not being shared, the room was not overlooked by another unit. Room was comfortable and the AC very well as did the fans. Loved having the kitchen which was stocked if you want to cook something. The pool area was likely my favorite, quiet easy going, poolside bar and cafe was nice as well. Just had a lot of nice days spent there.

Not a huge issue but the furniture and interior of the room is starting to show age. Hopefully there are plans soon for a refresh which I think would really benefit the resort. But overall wasn't a huge negative, just a possible improvement for future.

The apartment was a good size, with separate living room and bedroom, together with a large, covered balcony. Setting of the accommodation in gardens was attractive. Swimming pool was a good size for swimming lengths and was not too busy. Hotel is close (walking distance) to a shopping mall with large supermarket and numerous beaches. Parking was adjacent to the accommodation. Staff were helpful.

As seems fairly normal in the Caribbean, maintenance is often an issue. In this case, the in room safe did not work and the technicians were unable to fix it......"wait until another day". Not inexpensive, especially as it did not include breakfast.

The grounds are truly stunning. Like being immersed in a tropical garden of Eden. Beautiful pool always very quiet in the days we were there (November). Next to the best beaches in Grenada (amazing beaches and amazing island)

Everything was perfect. Our room didn’t enjoy the best views. The resort has many small houses that have for sure a better view.

The property was beautiful and had a lovely garden and swimming pool. It was also well-located and was in walking distance to many restaurants. We arrived very late because our plane was delayed by 3 hours. The person at reception was very helpful because she advanced us money to pay our taxi from the airport (no ATMS at the airport). She also arranged for us to have a light dinner brought to our cottage.

Food was very over-priced. For example, a mediocre breakfast cost C$40 each. Second, we had dinner in the restaurant. But because the kitchen was a long way away the food was lukewarm by the time it reached us. Nor was it particularly good. It was also more expensive than meals at the 4-star resort next door, where we ate several times. Another problem was that the phone in our room stopped working after 3 days. When we reported the problem several times during the rest of our stay, no one seemed to know why it was not being repaired. This was a serious issue because we are an older couple and our cottage was at the far end of the resort and had we needed help during the night we would not have been able to communicate by phone.

I ended up staying here for 27 nights.It's quiet;the cottages are spacious; and the beds and linens are divine. It's a quick 2-minute walk to the beach. Very minimal incline. The property is by no means Dubai-type luxury,but it's basic,simple and good for Grenada. There was always someone on duty at reception to pick up the phone after 1 ring.That's a sign of a well managed property. And the staff at reception was always very helpful,including helping me find a dentist. After a few mornings of very slow breakfasts in the hotel restaurant I decided to prepare my own breakfasts and dinners in my unit's very well equipped kitchen. Large grocery store is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The "sister" hotel(Spice Island Hotel) on the beach offers exquisite meals -and I ate many lunches there.Everything "homemade".Obvious experienced chef.Homemade soups. I did not try Blue Horizon's restaurant for lunch or dinner. The wi-fi coverage was consistently good. I slept with windows open,and ceiling fan running. Overall,a flawless vacation.Wonderful property.

I can see no areas of operation that need improvement.Everything works well,and the staff is great.

I love the location of this beautiful gem. It's very close to the famous Grand Anse beach and Morne Rouge beach. The nearest supermarket is also very close too which was very convenient. This garden resort is very beautiful and is a home away from home. I much prefer places like this as I am not a fan of big chain hotels as I feel these spoil the island experience. I would highly recommend this lovely gem if you are looking for somewhere peaceful and quiet with the amenities close by. This place is very good for families as the rooms are big enough to accommodate a family of 4. I will definitely be returning here again.

The only downside which is not a major one is that the television didn't work properly in my room as the picture was grainy. This is not important though as the main purpose of a holiday is to go out and explore the island.
