The staff and restaurant…….amazing!

The long and lonely walk from reception and the restaurant. There wasn’t adequate lighting.

The cottage was larger than I expected, it was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. It was kept clean daily. The reception staff were friendly and efficient, they explained the facilities and escorted me to my cottage. They helped me to organise day trips. Nothing seemed too much trouble. They are a real credit to the hotel. The bar and restaurant staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome The whole hotel and marina was calm and very tranquil even when busy. They keep the grounds and gardens beautifully.

There was a lack of consistency at breakfast some days I was allowed two cups of coffee ! A little odd. 🤗

Beautiful stay in a large room with a jacuzzi on the balcony, all the facilities inside needed for a great short getaway and a lovely view of the harbour. There is also a pool, a gym and a restaurant/bar on the grounds. As well some other facilities.

The restaurant was closed some days and evenings, which is understandable as our stay was during a quiet time of year- BUT the opening/closing times weren't listed correctly anywhere. On two occasions we intended to visit it was entirely closed without notice. This was frustrating as the resort is a little out of the way from shops etc.

When I saw the suite online it was lovely so I decided to try it. It was as shown, clean and well kept. There was what I need to make my own meals and the basic necessities.

I did not like the fact the hotel was in the middle of nowhere and then the long hill to go down as my ride was not willing to go down there. The unpaved gravel road was horrible to our suitcases.Then the long walk to my room all the way to the end was overbearing. And of course the bathroom window provided no privacy. I feel I was being watched as the blind could no go down and they pulled it up and knotted the cord. Workers were cutting the grass outside. I felt naked. They should change it. I did not know where to stand to shower. Give the client the choice. Drop the blind down we are not on the beach.

Secret Harbour was a beautiful place to spend 2 weeks in Grenada. Upon arrival Ronicia from reception took us to our room. We stayed in cottage #20 at the end of the hotel with a private beach and jacuzzi. The beachfront property was well appointed with all amenities. We had a few maintenance issues when we got there but Loxton addressed them immediately. The restaurant was clean and the meals were priced right. The service was good but you can't loose sight of the fact that you are on island time. Wednesday is cruise night and they have awesome specials on meals and drinks.. We had daily housekeeping and the 3 girls did an amazing job keeping our suite clean and stocked. Whatsapp is definitely a must at this hotel. You will receive a response immediately from reception. We were able to arrange a water taxi to hogs Island directly from our jetty at secret harbour..We used the laundry service twice and were totally satisfied with the wash, dry and fold for $40 ec. I also had an amazing pedicure at the salon. They spent an hour on my service which was well worth the $95ec. Another highlight of the resort was the pool. We were reluctant based on a prior review that the pool was "making blue marks on someone's skin" we noticed that the pool had been recently repainted so clearly someone failed to acknowledge a wet paint sign during there stay.ĺ

The grounds were rustic and sporadically maintained as far as keeping up with vegetation and upkeep.

We have just enjoyed 2 weeks at this hotel.The accommodation is large with good facilities.

Although it has a nice pool tucked away it would be good to have a sunbathing area with access to the sea, like the next property along. It would also be nice to have an outside bar as during the two days that the restaurant is closed there isn’t anywhere to buy a drink or snack.

Secret Harbour is tucked away in a quiet corner of Mount Hartman Bay. The rooms have large private terraces with lounge chairs overlooking the sailboats in the bay. It is near to restaurants and beaches but feels nicely remote. The room itself felt upscale with a stylish Euro decor and fine finishes such as marble. The staff provided great service with a smile.

The beach at the hotel was nothing special. Larger and nicer beaches were a short distance away. The hotel provided transportation but we had a car so we could go to any of them.

The secret harbour is set in a beautiful location. Very peaceful, right on the water, with a cooling breeze and free from mosquitos! The room was very spacious and extremely clean with very thoughtful additions such as freshly ground coffee. The beautiful travertine paved deck outside the room was well equipped, and made for a lovely place to relax with a book listening to the harbour sounds. The included breakfast is a very nice addition to this already extremely well priced hotel. I was surprised to find a very well equipped gym available at no extra charge and even a pool to cool off in after a good work out. I would recommend a rental car if your staying here and want easy access to the rest of the Island although the very pleasant, helpfu and politel reception staff will organise taxis for you. We will definitely be back on our next visit to Grenada.

This place is immaculate. The cottage was so beautiful. The restaurant was really good! Timothy at the restaurant was very nice and gave great suggestions for food. It was live music as well. The ambiance of this place is wonderful! We did a self check in and the hotel arranged our pick up from the airport! The receptionist was really kind! I will definitely be back and stay longer!

The stay was amazing but the only 2 things I would say that the person serving said that it is up to the customers to tell them that breakfast is included in the room rate. Secondly we were told that breakfast was from 8am - 10:30am only to be told when we got to the restaurant at 9:20am that the kitchen closes at 9:30am. So it was a rush but the breakfast was lovely.
