Space: for a family of four, it’s hard to exceed a size and layout as the Harbor Two. You get two bedrooms, one with a queen and another with two twins, each with their own bathrooms. You also get a kitchenette, washer/dryer machine, a dining area, a lounge, and balcony. You can spend time in the apartment and not feel claustrophobic. There is a wrap around balcony where each bedroom gets its own balcony. Location: aside from the harbor views from Kowloon overlooking HK Island, you’re well connected by public transit with TST and East TST situated under the building on level B2. We stayed on the East end of the complex in the residences section, which tended to be quieter and have its own set of elevators going to the ground level as well as the shops and food court/playground plus the parking level. In addition to a diverse range of food choices on the B2 level, you also had access to the parking level. Staff were kind, courteous, respectful of your space if you needed downtime.

The price is on the high end but you get what you pay for. For an overnight stay it’s probably overkill but if you’re staying 3 nights or longer, you’ll be very comfortable. It would have been great if they had travel sized laundry detergent in room. The marketplace at the mall unfortunately had very large containers only.

There’s no room service which is something really important and critical… the price is so high but I’m not buying only for good room also for a good service witch impact you experience

Everything about the hotel was amazing, starting from the special scent of the hotel that can’t be described to the reception from the staff during check in to the room it self and the facilities it had to the swimming pool and gym. Staying here was a lovely experience. The hotel is located in a perfect place viewing the Harbour. Had a direct link to the musea mall. Steps away from Nathan road museum of space, museum of art and avenue of stars. Highly recommend

The breakfast experience was not that great. The food quality was top notch however having breakfast as a set menu is not very practical and options are not that much to choose from.

The location is excellent. Central and gloriously surrounded by shopping of astronomical luxury. The best of the best. The views are to DIE for. The staff are absolutely A-MAZING!!!! TRACEY AND KATY ARE GUNS!!! Professional, resourceful, able to create practical solutions when issues arise and they couldn't do enough to make us feel cared for and sooo very special. We will never forget our wonderful stay at K11 ARTUS. The decor is second to none soothing, dramatic and create interest for the viewer. The food is delicious and generous and staff are highly effective operators ensuring ease of occasion. In your life you MUST once at least TREAT YOURSELF kindly and dabble in luxury and serenity at K11 ARTUS. It's impeccable.

I am a frequent traveler and stay only in 5 stars hotel and this one might be the cleanest hotel I ever stayed in! It is exceptionally clean and well designed. The staff are amazing and responsive. Location is just the best in HK. Close to the mall and shopping areas.

We had breakfast included, it’s not the best setup. it’s a set menue and the menu is fixed along the week. You get only 1 cup of coffee, tea or drink! It’s surprising when staying at such luxury hotel and pay all this money and have breakfast included, then if you drink tea your coffee not included! Plus the breakfast has to be bigger variety. The size and variety is not at best. If I stay again i wouldn’t take it with breakfast. Many options around
