Ladies, if you like shopping, for sure this hotel is for you! I even found a private entrance to the massive, everything-you-could-ever- wish-for mall that the hotel is attached to. It is super modern (the mall) and the hotel is in good shape too. I stayed in the Concierge Level and felt like a princess. The help was so capable and sweet. Also I had breakfast in the luncheon area in the concierge section. Afternoon tea was also available and drinks and mostly anything you could want to keep you hydrated and pleasantly full. The view was outstanding of the Victoria Harbor from the Marco Polo, the partner hotel of the Prince. The Prince is actually what I just described above. But both are attached to the Harbor Mall where my Silversea ship docked. Both are wonderful, even if the Marco Polo has better views if you secure a view room.

Found this by chance because the first hotel we booked didn't have the beds we needed so we were desperate to find something nearby with availability. We lucked out. Location is in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui downtown, connected to 3 large malls, across from Kowloon Park, and right next to the China Ferry Terminal. Only thing that could improve this is being even closer to a metro, but 8 minutes to Austin and 7 minute walk to Tsim Sha Tsui is fine. The staff is wonderful. Victor Ho really stepped it up, from the quick phone exchanges when we were looking online and wanted to confirm 2 beds and a crib, to getting us an upgrade to a substantially bigger room (much appreciated by our toddlers), and making it easy to extend our stay. Other staff helped with our luggage that was stuck (had to pry it open with a screwdriver), offer us directions, and room cleanup was great (our kids are sloppy). Everyone was extremely helpful. I'm now a silver member and would stay here again. Word on the street is that of the high end hotels in HK, Prince is number 2 and now I know why.

Elevators are annoying because on the first floor lobby they don't light up and they close automatically super quickly so when it dings right when you press the button and you don't spot which of the 8 is opened immediately and rush towards it, you miss it, and even worse, that one doesn't stay on the floor. The elevators attached to the mall on the 2nd floor is convenient to access the mall, but again the design is terrible. There are lights, but it's not intuitive and flashes way too slowly to realize which elevator is ready. This can easily be fixed if the light flashes rapidly.

Staff were always very polite and friendly, greeting you every time you entered or left the building. Cleaning staff too, always cheerful and happy. Thank you all for your warmth and kindness. Location was great, close to both TST and Austin stations for easy access to almost anywhere in HK. Connected to a very nice shopping mall, everything you could need is very close. The room itself had all we needed. Fantastic bathroom.

The room could have done with a mirror other than in the bathroom, otherwise it was faultless.

The location of the hotel is very good, a good base to explore the city from. Plenty of shops, restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The hotel is also attached to a massive mall, where you can spend the whole day if it’s a rainy day. The staff were extremely attentive, very approachable and professional. The room was clean and quiet. All toiletries, towels etc were supplied. Compliments to the cleaning staff who were also very attentive. The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast provided was also very good with plenty of options. The chef preparing the eggs was the best, perfectly done to order and good customer facing manners (he was the only one with good English). Check in and check out was a breeze. We stop over at Hong Kong frequently and I think we have found our new home for our stays in Hong Kong!

At breakfast they should ensure that the customer facing staff have a good command of English. Bellboys were overly keen to help in the lobby. I’m not sure if it was for tips or not, but felt a bit uncomfortable having to run away with our luggages from them (observed the same with other customers too). Not sure why a deposit was asked for when checking in since they didn’t have anything in the minibars in the rooms. The lighting in the room was not good, it was very dark in the rooms. A lack in hangers in the bathroom. These are minor issues and wouldn’t stop me from staying here again.

The overall hotel staff are highly commendable for their hospitality, particularly the room cleaning ladies and luggage handler. Walking distance to the subway station and bus stops.

The hotel has stairway entrance only which is somewhat inconvenience with large luggage, an optional ramped walkway should be considered

location is excellent. close to everything, shopping, dining, and transportation.

1.The hotel has no ramp to take the luggage up to the lobby. No staff station in front of the entrance, so we have to carry our luggage up several steps to the main entrance. 2.House keeper was too slow to deliver shower caps ( should be provided without asking). She delivered them after we rang up the front desk to complain. But she looked not happy.

It is situated very close to 2 MTR stations i.e. Austin on the brown line and Tsim Sha Tsui on the red line. Hotel leads straight into the Harbour Plaza which has 711, City Super linked to it. City Super has a lovely food section with seating. Across the street from Habour Plaza is the Silvercord Arcade which also has stores and other food options. In terms of the rooms, we arrived very early and the room type we had booked was not available. We were able to upgrade to a suite to get a room earlier which was much appreciated given our long flight to Hong Kong. The upgrade to a suite was well worth it as the suite was spacious and we had a lovely view of the harbour.

Whilst the rooms were serviced everyday and coffee pods replaced, we noticed that the carpets in the lounge area was not vacuumed everyday. This was not serious.

Awesome location! Great check-in and check-out experience. Special thanks to the super kind and professional Duty Manager (sorry didn't manage to catch his name) who checked me in, and Tony, Jack and Edmund from Concierge who were so kind to help us with our luggages when we checked out. Superb housekeeping team on my floor too as I had to use laundry service this time. Excellent team and great location, as always!

Happened to coincide with the winter holidays in China, so my neighbours were super noisy and kids there were ill-behaved (banging in and out of door, wailing and just overall, noisy). Luckily I'm an early-riser but it is still very unpleasant when they come back at night around 10pm.
