The location was perfect, close to Szepasszonyvolgy facilities, the room was spacious, comfortable, clean, with a lovely rustic atmosphere and a luxurious bathroom. Comms were super easy and straightforward; the staff was professional, kind, and helpful, and the breakfast was just amazing. The hotel has a wonderful garden too, with a place for a bonfire. the communication wasn't 100%, as we were informed that the reception will be there from 15:00 - 18:00, but we were told we came too late when it was 15:10, so we will have to go to the next door for checking in. But as we all speak the 2nd language, it is normal to have such misunderstanding - the service is great and the staff is nicer, this is not a real complain!

Well maintained building, nice outdoor area. Good location if you want to be close to the wine cellars. Good breakfast.

We were there on a Monday in the middle of September. The restaurant of the hotel is closed on Mondays, as announced on their website, so we knew about it. But we were the only guests in the whole structure, and additionally we were among the very few guests in the whole valley which made the whole place feel abandoned.

Very comfortable and the location was excellent.

There was no coffee or tea in the room, and because we visited in the off season, we had to go to the hotel next door for breakfast, so there was nothing on the property. An electric kettle in the breakfast area (which we had to walk through to get to our room) would have been greatly appreciated.

The staff was attentive and friendly, the restaurant atmosphere was really nice with live music. (And there were even two playful kittens around.) The bed was comfortable, the room spacious. The location is perfect for exploring the cellars in the valley.

The only thing was the super strong water stream in the shower - still better than no pressure!

Very cute hotel with a good restaurant and a nice breakfast! Location with respect to the wine caves area of Eger was perfect. In the evening you could hear violin music from the outside balcony. There is a little tourist train that stops nearby that you can take to get into downtown Eger and the Turkish baths. Great place to stay.

Magnificent room with small balcony looking towards the wine valley. Very friendly welcome. Great location at the Szépasszony Valley (Valley of the Beautiful Woman) so perfect for visiting the vineyard wine houses. The restaurant has some great traditional Hungarian food. Well recommended for a night at the Szepasszony.

Charming room…we stayed in a suite that had great paintings and wonderful ceramics on the walls…the restaurant was exceptional and had dinners there both nights…right at the beginning of the Valley of Beautiful Women wine tasting caves

A little too far from the main part of the city of Eger to walk to…

Brilliant accommodation and staff. Location was great. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.
