Conveniently located and the staff were top notch. Extremely helpful and accommodating. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The view of the castle from the room was a big pleasant bonus. The chef in particular accommodated our 3 vegan guests with options at dinner and breakfast on no notice from us, and with a professional and extremely pleasant attitude. I will definitely return to this hotel in the future.

The hotel is modern and focused on "wellness." The reception staff was professional and responsive. The facilities were clean and well-mmaintained. The room came equiped with a small desk and fridge. The breakfast was good. The location is very convenient (200 meters) from Eger Castle. Out the door, turn left, and there is is. I'd like to mention specifically the friendliness of "Orci" of the breakfast staff. She took the time to answer questions I had about the vintage photographs in the breakfast room, explaining that the hotel was built after the War on the site of the former synagogue. She was very outgoing with a good smile. I would stay here again.

The room was pretty small and "felt smaller" because of the slanted roof. I had to watch my head. In addition, the light bulb in the desk lamp had burned out. I had to go downstairs myself to get it replaced. The reception staff were very prompt in getting it fixed. As a result I wasn't particularly dissatisfied. But working light bulbs are something that should be checked by the cleaning staff.

Great location and very friendly staff. During our stay, I needed to find a pharmacy in the evening, and the staff were incredibly helpful – they found one that was open, helped me get there, and even made sure I could buy what I needed. Thank you so much!

- Breakfast selection was poor. - The shower leaked on the bottom, so you had to soak it up with a towel.

We were in tranzit so we just need a nice place to sleep. We arrived late in the night, but that wasn't a problem. The room was clean with very confortable beds and pillows, just what we needed. It was perfect.

The breakfast wasn't so good, not many choices, but the coffee was good.

The property is very well-maintained and it has a wellness center with a super Jacuzzi and shower. You may not find hardly any place else in the world.

I had a single room at a very good price which was just opened up but unfortunately they haven’t yet installed the air conditioner. I’ll be back next year when the air conditioners installed.

The staf was very nice. It was clean in the room and bathroom. It is possible to check in late. The breakfast was tasty. The parking space was a little a struggle because it was full when we arrived around 11 pm but we found a place near by.

Location is really like 3 minutes walking into main square. Quiet area, nothing disturbing you from outside. Calm area. Friendly staff at reception. Nothing significant to point out. Breakfast into room rate.

Thank you! We had initially booked with another accomodation but due to unruly, drunk and aggressive guests, we had to leave in the middle of the night. Luckily, I came across this hotel on Booking.com and it had 24 hour reception so it saved our trip in Eger. We were so appreciative upon our arrival at midnight and the receptionist and warm and understanding. We had a very comfortable two nights at this hotel. The room was clean and quiet and the location was perfect. We also very much appreciated the inclusive breakfast.

Make sure you show up early for the breakfast. They don't always replenish certain foods when they run out. I'd recommend arriving at around 8am.
