Everything was perfect! We only came for a night but everything about the place, the staff, food and facilities was great! Will definitely come back with family! One of my best stays so far! We went out for a long walk in the woods where after we had a really good dinner in the hotels restaurant and than enjoyed the spa. Totally recommend it! The staff was really helpful and kind, cheers to the young waiter guy.

Fantastically helpful and kind staff, great location for beautiful walks in nature, nice and modern room (with smart TV), small but great and clean wellness section.
Pool could have been a bit deeper and larger, and breakfast with little more options.

We liked everything!, Staff, food, rooms, area! We checked out and went to the vally and they let us keep all the bags at the hotel until we are back. Restaurant is excellent. We will come back for sure!
I think that in our room there was a problem with the hot water. But I am sure it was temporary.

The breakfast and location was good, occasionally at busy times some food was not available but it wasn't a problem. The staff at this hotel are friendly and helpful
The rooms are still in the middle of being upgraded, I would like to see an improvement with new showers.

The staff was very kind, the restaurant was exceptional!
We had a problem every day. First two days the heating, especially it was pretty cold outside. Then the next day we had a leak from upstairs, we moved to an other room. Next morning was a terrible smell in the room. Also at the checkin the lady wanted to charge 1900 per day for the dog however when I booked I asked about it and got told it is 2500 for the 4 days

The room and the bathroom were very dirty and in poor condition. The beds were uncomfortable.
