From the beginning of our stay, staff were extra helpful, food was delicious, the room was nice and clean. We used the spa as well - selection of saunas, nice size pool and jacuzzi. Even though we stayed over a weekend the spa was not overly crowded. I recommend the wine tour - it was a superb experience with quality wines and the cellars are a must see. Food in the restaurant is great quality and delicious and staff are great. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

As the hotel has two buildings expect a bit of a walking if you are further from the main building to get to the spa and restaurant.

The breakfast buffet variety was fair enough. The location was great. The Spa area was quiet, clean, and lovely. Everything was there in the tiny Spa area! 3 types of sauna, jacuzzi, thermal pool, etc. The massage service price was fair enough and the massager Beatrice was nice. Staffs were kind and helpful.

The dinner buffet could be better.

Walking distance to town (not flat) the location is convenient. there is parking in the inner courtyard which provides some security. There are two buildings, one with an elevator and one without. The room I was in was quiet and the AC was quiet and worked well (once I found out how to use it) water pressure was good and bed was comfortable. Dinner at the restaurant was very good, breakfast was surprisingly just ok. I did check out the Beatles exhibit which was pretty interesting (I’m not a die hard Beatles fan).

Breakfast buffet was okay, just not as many options as some other hotels I’ve stayed at recently.

We were very surprised with this hotel especially since they were located directly next to the Beatles Museum. The hotel was awesome, food was great, staff very helpful. We requested a later check out so that we can visit the museum. What a surprise! The Beatles Museum is Amazing and makes this hotel and location absolutely the best. The private parking was a bonus since we were driving a very big van. We loved Eger! The city is beautiful and the hotel and the staff compliment the city!

Korona hotel was a good experience. Good location in the city. Good and comfortable rooms. The SPA department was really good. The wine tasting down in the tunnels deep under the hotel was an experience with a wine knowledgeable guide who spoke perfect English. Booked with half board and the food was very good. Next time I'm in Hungary/Budapest, I'll probably go to Eger for a few days and stay at the Korona hotel just because it was so nice and relaxing. Also visited their Beatles museum which is worth a visit.

Enjoyed the swimming pool (early morning only me in it, would have been a bit awkward with more in !) Would have liked to have been invited to have a walk around the saunas as I was a bit nervous to to be honest (my fault for not asking). Lovely room with balcony, fridge, great shower. Nice breakfast. Great location for wandering into the centre. Peaceful. Local cat very sweet but nervous.

Expensive for me personally.

The staff is nice especially the chef of the kitchen.The hotel is spacious with a cozy yard .

There's neither water served nor electric kettles to make a cup of tea in the room. We come all the way here and feel so thirsty. BTY , the bathroom 8s very small.

The food, both for dinner and for breakfast, was plenty and very tasty. They even had "langos" for breakfast, that came as a nice shock for us. At dinner we could order from the local wines, from local wineries so we were finaly able to taste how really good Egri Bikaver (red, dry) wine is.

The "Vintage" rooms are really small so they are maybe good only for short stays like ours. The spa is also of the small variant so I was a bit disapointed by the size of the pool, which does not exceed maybe 6 meters on the largest part of it. It is true that nobody said they have a big swimmimg pool, so the mistake was entirely mine. We could not find a parking place in the yard or outside the hotel so we had to park on the nearby street. This was ok because it was a weekend, but I guess during week days one has to pay to be able to park there. Just a thing to keep in mind, not necessarily a complain.

We had a lovely time in this hotel. Everything is easily accessible. Because its located in the center of the town. Very comfortable, clean with super friendly staff. Highly recommended. Has a private parking possibility what we preferred. We were very happy with everything

Maybe the breakfast needs more fruits

Great staf! I came late and they arranged cold plate that was waiting for me! Spacious room with air condition. Good breakfast. The hotel is close to city centre. Parking option.
