Very kind staff. Nice breakfast. Free parking. Comfortable beds. Nicely decorated restaurant, with tasty a la carte menu for lunch and dinner.

A/C not very efficient. Low speed wi-fi. The wooden stair inside our apartment had very loud, squeaky steps. The carpet had sticky spots, like when someone spilled something sweet on it. Small TV, hidden under the stairs. Broken window at the spa area.

The beds were comfortable, it was quiet and warm in the room. The breakfast was tasty, not many options but enough and good quality. The decor and the location are also a plus. The staff was nice.

The idea of having the jacuzzi reserved just for us was nice, but since our reservation was in the evening the water was already pretty filthy, maybe it would be good having it checked and cleaned in the afternoon as well.

Super friendly helpful gentleman /with beard/ at reception. Restaurant attached to the hotel clean , excellent service and food. Very charming wood covered rooms. very close to the Thermal bath AAAAA a true 4 STAR hotel!!! /Not like Miskolc -Tapolca AURORA hotel has 4 Star rating which is a DUMP!!! 1.5 STAR only/ Question: Who awards the number of stars for the hotels in Hungary? Name of the organization?

The hotel is at a very good location, right in the city center. We liked its internal decoration, the ship theme. Everything looked perfect and clean. The hotel staff was extremely kind and helpful both at the reception and in the restaurant. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Our room was a double decker, very comfortable and clean.

Was fine all and all the Reception Staff are excellent very friendly and we can communicate 😀 well they speak very good English. The Housekeeper are doing a excellent job cleaning every day .The Hotel are very clean and they change a bed lining and the towels all the time All is very good servic

I don't like the noises from our sters are making hight noise when we use in the night .the room was duplex room .and the carpet in room needs clean

Old hotel, without elevator, we got an apartment with interior stairs made of wood, a nightmare in the night to go through,😊. The rooms were big. The hotel it's about 10 minutes walk from the agreement area and aqua park.

The location is great, at the center of this lovely town. Staff was way friendly and helpful.

Because of a low occupancy the breakfast was a bit poor. On the 3rd morning I had to order from the menu and the omelet was not an omelet. It was like crepe.

Location very central in the city, very good restaurant and excellent pastry shop belonging to the hotel, wellness facilities were exclusively reserved for us (2 hours) without extra payment

Hotel couldn't provide sauna sheets, no head rest in the sauna, bathrobes are not included in the room rate.

Very nice hotel but...

The breakfast leaves much to be desired. The waiter was missing nearly all the time. The coffee machine was broken. The butter was melting in the basket. Fruit juice was empty and a refill only happend after looking for the waiter for a couple of minutes. Btw..in the restaurant...even if the menu is available in three languages...the waiter only speaks and understands Hungarian. And the prices are different in each version of the menu.

Breakfast is not very well thought of, each morning there were missing things...food...plates....cutlery... They should pay much more attention to breakfast and customers during breakfast. But the taste was ok.
