Cozy, clean. Excellent spa area including two spacious thermal pools, Jacuzzi pool and saunas. Good breakfasts and dinners. Not a very large room with a beautiful view of the lake. Welcoming, attentive and friendly staff.

Very nice, professional staff on site. The breakfast, buffet dinner and also the in-house restaurant are great! Big selection and great tastes. Spa is good.

In the spa not everything was working. Building might need a facelift soon, the other 2 bar and restaurant facilities were closed

Big rooms, clean, nice Spa, good location, close to Aquapark and center.

Air conditioning was not working. Our rooms were very hot in the evening and during the night. Most of the staff does not speak English.

Spotlessly clean, beautiful hotel. Kind and helpful staff, they always helped us out with anything we needed. Delicious breakfast and dinner options and great cocktails.

The only one thing was the bed, they were rather on the hard side

Everything was great. Staffs are kind and the spa facilities are great. We were on the half board and both breakfasts/dinners were well prepared. We were also given the Hungarospa day pass for free which is the biggest spa in EU as I told. Whole trip/stay was outstanding. Will visit again in the near future.

Breakfast & evening meal are very good with a good selection. Its a great location and good facilities. I find the best hotel in the city! Have been coming here for over 12 months. The staff are very pleasant and helpful.

Cold Air fans in the rooms struggles when the temperature goes above 30. So it can get a little uncomfortable, this is the only reason i can find to mark it down!

Excellent customer service in all areas of the hotel. Catering waiter Holecska Gábor is an extremely professional staff.

Location perfect, next to the lake and spa. Staff is kind, breakfast is plenty and varied, rooms are nice and clean. But it is the hotel spa which we were most amazed about, thermal water, normal pool, jacuzzi, sauna with diving water, all you need.
