The food was good and the room was clean.

Location good, the restaurant is good, private parking behind the hotel, rooms are nicely equipped

Half board evening meal is poor, limited options available. Breakfast very good Some bartenders at the restaurant are rude but it’s not affecting the trip

The location is excellent, the room was clean. My only problem is that there's no comfy chair to sit in and watch telly or do anything else. The breakfast and food is exceptional, absolute tasty and representing the Hungarian cuisine properly!

As mentioned above no comfy chair or place to have a bit of sit down to watch telly or read a book, only the bed. Pillows are far too big and old style but this is personal taste..

Room was alright until I had to change it because of an ants invasion from under the kitchen part..

Not enough space to sit down comfortably either to watch telly or read a book.. The other problem is the same like almost everywhere, the staff. Receptionist team got only one of them who’s professional and polite, the youngsters… 😳

The apartment was spacious and almost clean ( floors weren't hoovered and mopped properly). The bathroom was clean - the only thing was that the shower door leaked and half of the bathroom floor was always flooded after taking a shower. The food was not great and not a great choice. Coffee&tea was only available in the morning with only awful tap water offered in the evening. Breakfast - lack of cereals for the kids and lack of plant-based milk for those with lactose intolerance or allergies. On one of the days, they served sweet pastry ( only one choice), but it was all burnt. It definitely shouldn't be offered for consumption. Overall I would give 5.5 out of 10 points for food.

Choice of food. Small swimming pools. Lack of cleaning ( we stayed for 3 days and no cleaning was offered).
